BRCKO - The high representative of the international community Carl Bildt, conceded that the award of the Arbitration Commission on the status of the Brcko area would face "serious tests". "It is easier to write something in the cabinet in Washington than implement it in reality in Brcko", stated Bildt, and added: "Brcko is the most dangerous region in the Dayton B-H, for it represents a potential war focus".

BRCKO - Following a decision of the Arbitration Commission in Rome, Brcko residents awoke in future Mostar, it is a position of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Brcko Board. "We are not satisfied with the decision, we expected better outcome. After the Rome session, we think that the international community got new reasons for concern - practically one more Mostar", stated the SRS Brcko Board president Jovo Jeftic.

BANJALUKA - The vice-president of the House of representatives of the SRS for Republika Srpska (RS), Pantelija Damjanovic, assessed that "the Americans benefit the most from Arbitration Commission decision, and they will continue to exercise pressures and blackmails in order to achieve their goals in this region". "The presiding arbitrator, Roberts Owens, brought a decision which satisfies the Serbs in one point, satisfies the Muslims in other point, while the third and most important point satisfies Americans because they should appoint their supervisor", stated Damjanovic.

BEOGRAD - An academician Milroad Ekmecic, assessed yesterday's decision of the Arbitration Commission for Brcko area as a result "of US anti-Serb intentions". Washington's attitude about Brcko, Ekmecic called "a policy of CIA filigree consisting of exploitation of the Balkan crises and interests of the Balkan peoples for the US global policy".

BANJALUKA - The status of Brcko, as the key point of RS which is almost insignificant for the B-H Federation, was resolved in a way that leaves space for constant international blackmails of RS, stated the president of the Serbian Patriotic Party (SPAS) Slavko Zupljanin.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Party of the Krajina and Posavina, Predrag Lazarevic, assessed that the Arbitration Commission for the Brcko area continued with its manipulations in relation to this region". He believes that a final decision has already been made, but was not issued for the purpose of continuing blackmails of the Serbian people and manipulations with other peoples in this area".

BANJALUKA - The president of the Socialist Party for RS, Zivko Radisic, concluded that, even though the award of the Arbitration Commission delays a final decision to March next year, Brcko remains the part of RS.

BEOGRAD - The Hague Tribunal, which should on March 10 start with hearing of the Serb witnesses, former detainees of the "Celebici" prisoner camp, reduced the number of victims, changed crimes and indicted only four members of the Muslim Army for crimes against humanity and genocide".

DOBOJ - The representatives of the Jewish Community in Doboj, and Rabbi for the Dayton B-H, Joseph Atias, condemned recent attacks on Jews in Sarajevo, Mostar, Zenica and Tuzla.

MOSTAR - Three mortar shells were fired off from the western part of Mostar and landed on the community of Carina, in the eastern, Muslim part of Mostar, reports Radio-Sarajevo. In western part of Mostar, seven shell explosions were reported last night, announced SFOR.
