SARAJEVO - President in the Presidency of the Dayton B&H, Momcilo Krajisnik, stated after a session of the Presidency, held in Sarajevo, that the organisation of a council of ministers is prolonged for Saturday, the 30 of November, because of additional requests. "We discussed for a long time about the organisation of a Council, for our positions are different", said Krajisnik. It was agreed to at the session that the all three members of the Presidency would take part at the OSCE summit in Lisbon, as well as at a conference on Dayton B&H to be held in London next month.

SARAJEVO - Until a working programme of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NS RS) for 1997 is brought, the RS government is obliged to prepare for the next two Assembly's sessions laws and other materials which are the priority at the moment, and which were initiated by the Clubs of Representatives and other authorised bodies. This was concluded at today's working discussion between the president of the Republika Srpska Parliament, Dragan Kalinic, the vice-presidents Miroslav Vjestica and Nikola Poplasen with RS premier Gojko Klickovic and the vicepresidents, Velibor Ostojic, Ostoja Kremenovic and Djuradj Banjac.

SARAJEVO - A meeting between the NS RS president, Dragan Kalinic, and the president of the International Commission for missing persons in the former Yugoslavia, Cyrus Vance did not take place. "The meeting was requested by Mr. Vance personally. After an hour and more of waiting, a RS delegation received an information from Sarajevo that the meeting is being delayed because of the technical difficulties in transportation.

BRCKO - An arbitrator in RS for a dispute in the interentity boundary line in the Brcko area, Vitomir Popovic, stated that he is opposing the delay of deadline for making a final decision. "An arbitration is stagnating because of Muslim insistence upon 60 days delay of the deadline", stated Vitomir Popovic. "The are some indications that the Muslims intend to forcibly reach the zone of separation in the Brcko area, and the communities of Koraj and Celic are also a part of their plan", stated Brcko mayor Miodrag Pajic.

BRCKO - In Porebnice, the bordering village of the B-H Federation, two booths were mined this morning at around 11:00 am, one owned by a Serb and other owned by a Muslim. Unofficial reports say three persons were injured.

ZVORNIK - The resettling of the zone of separation (ZOS) would foment the war, stated the RS deputy in the Dayton B-H House of Representatives, Jovo Mijatovic. He assessed that "this kind of resettling is mere creation of a third entity, inhabited only by Muslims, which would cost RS two kms of territory along the boundary line".

ZVORNIK - The Muslims from Sapni and Tuzla will exercise an additional pressure upon the International Commission for Resettling of ZOS, in order to move to the villages of Cepardi and Hajvazi, in RS. Last month the Commission received about 50 applications, but none has been processed thus far.

VARES - The Muslim terror against the Croats in Vares continues and gets more cruel, and last night at 19:00 Janko MIletic's house was set to fire, reports Croatian Radio Herzeg-Bosnia. None was hurt, and the house burnt down almost completely.

BEOGRAD - The City Electoral Commission (GIK) announced that the preliminary results of the renewed second round of voting for local authorities offices in Belgrade can be expected during the night. The secretary of the City Board of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Zarko Obradovic, stated for Serbia's TV that in the second round of voting the SPS won additional 33 seats in the City Assmelby.

BEOGRAD - The Coalition "Together" received a letter from the TANJUG press agency in which a demand was set that people be informed that the professionalism is being suppressed in this agency.
