Priorities for grant ing abandoned property must be strictly respected, maintains Ostojic. Also, an adequate response to the problem of the 61 refugee families from Serb Sarajevo, who are presently accommo dated in a collective centre, must be urgently found. BRCKO - Although NATO and RS representatives reached an agreement in Pale on overcoming difficulties in the implementa tion of the Dayton agreement, officials of the UN, OSCE and IPTF in Brcko have yet to return to their jobs. In accordance with NATO's "Fear Nought" action, all foreign civilians were withdrawn to the IFOR "Black Eagle" base in Brod, near Brcko. BANJALUKA - RS representative on the Arbitration Commission for the area of Brcko, Vitomir Popovic, denied that he had stated that "it would be good if the arbitration [commission] would itself explain what will be the subject of dispute concerning the city". This statement, released by SRNA, was published in Glas Srpski in a column titled "They Said". BRUSSELS - US Secretary of State, Warren Christopher, ex pressed his skepticism at a NATO news conference in Brussels, regarding the upcoming elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation, reports Reuters. At this meeting, the Atlantic al liance's european commander, George Joulwan, informed Christopher of how IFOR can help with the September elections in this former Yugoslav republic. PARIS - The Croatisation of the SerboCroatian language drew the attention of an AFP Zagreb correspondent who, in a text with a humorous undertone, laughs at Croatian language purging. "A hunt on Serbian words is taking place in Zagreb", writes AFP's correspondent with the Montreal daily, La Press. BRATUNAC - Despite their dissatisfaction, the people are aware that in voting for the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) at the upcoming elections, they will vote for RS statehood, believes the president of the Bratunac branch of the SDS, Vidomir Banduka.
