SARAJEVO - Upon the accusations by some Republika Srpska (RS) parties on the account of the state and the Serbian Demo cratic Party (SDS), RS government dissociated itself from "the attacks and incidents by puppet parties that did not succeed to impose their will upon the Serbian people". RS government warned that "the state bodies have already enough reliable data showing that individuals and some parties are planting by they own an explosive and other similar device, in order to help the inter national factors in their trying to eliminate RS".

SARAJEVO - The president and the vicepresident of RS government, Gojko Klickovic and Miroslav Vjestica, respectively, visited the RS Army Headquarters. At a meeting, among the other things, it was assessed and stressed that the defence of the state is the primary task of the RS civilian authorities and military structures, for it is the only guarantor for the surviv al of the Serbian people in the territory.

BANJALUKA - RS minister of judiciary, Marko Arsovic, stated in Banjaluka that the international court for war crimes in The Hague is not a court, but a political institution with the aim to, through the charges against Dr. Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, satanism the whole Serbian people. At a public seminar in Bosanski Dvor, organised by the Banjaluka branch of the SDS and RS Commission for War Crimes, it was pointed out that Srpska is not going, as a modern state, to extradite its citi zens.

SARAJEVO - RS foreign minister, Aleksa Buha received Mitar Pajic, president of the Serbian National Centre in Sydney, who delivered him financial aid of the Serbs from Australia intended for the RS people. The Serbian National Centre in Sydney collect ed about 113,000 DM as voluntary donation of the Serbs living in Australia.

VLASENICA - John Bouteast, commander of the IFOR 2nd Bri gade combat group, stationed near Vlasenica, denied an article published in the London paper, Sunday Times, writing that US army elite units are in preparation for arresting Dr. Radovan Karad zic. "The news item, the first published by the Sunday Times, and then broadcast by other media, is absolutely incorrect, and was also denied by the White House and Pentagon", stated Bouteast, adding that "he does not know the reason for which the Sunday Times published this disinformation".

SOKOLAC - The Sokolac branch of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) decided to back the SDS candidates, Biljana Plavsic for RS president and Momcilo Krajisnik for a member of the Presidency of the Union of Daytoncreated B-H. Also, the SRS branch members made a decision for sending a protest to OSCE, because of a total of 128 members, only one the SRS member entered voter commissions in the area.

PRIJEDOR - The Serbs in Travnik and Sarajevo are being by the Muslim authorities terrorised, dismissed from jobs, evicted out of flats, disconnected of electricity and water supplies, stated Miodrag Deretic, president of the Prijedor Branch of the SRS. According to Deretic, the most drastic example of violence is the July 30 rape of a Serb girl, committed by two Muslim military policemen.

BANJALUKA - The ICRC Office in Banjaluka reports that the humanitarian situation in the Sectors 'South' and 'North' (Kninska Krajina and Western Slavonia) is extremely difficult and that living conditions of 10,000 mainly elderly Serbs are unbearable. "Since the early year, the remaining Serbs in the Krajina are being exposed to the consistent maltreatment and crimes, so it is quite understandable why, because of the chaos and lawlessness, the majority of elderly Serbs feels feared and endangered", says the text.
