HAGUE - The minister of Justice in the RS Government high lighted that the delegation of the Republika Srpska "informed the Hague tribunal with the fact that Srpska was always ready for the cooperation with the Court, and will cooperate furthermore, but only in accordance with the constitution and attached laws". According to him, to the representatives of the Court is present ed the evidence connected with the crimes committed by members of the MoslemCroatian military formations, and the Court "showed its readiness for all of that material, in accordance with the regulations, set in process". HAGUE - RS and Hague Tribunal announced the cooperation, so the war criminals, no matter the ethnical and religious origin, would be tried in Hague or the courts in Srpska, but the Serbian delegation rejected the accusations on account of Radovan Karad zic and the possibility of his extradition to the Tribunal. "Our delegation exchanged the views about the cooperation with the Tribunal, for which the RS is obliged by Dayton Agreement", confirmed Arsovic, which was escorted by his deputy Goran Neskovic, appointed as the liaison officer with the Tribunal. BELGRADE - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/ Vojislav Kostunica stated that the impending elections in RS do not depend on those who are participating, but also those not participating, and having the impact on elections. Kostunica, at the press conference expressed his conviction that the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, undoubtedly, "is that power which will tend to the preservation of the independence of RS". NOVI SAD - The Serbian Board for the defence of the rights and freedom sent the appeal "to the moral conscience of citizens in the country and abroad in the world", while warning on the "domestic indifference" after the campaign against RS.
