BANJALUKA - The Office of the High Representative for Civil Affairs, Carl Bildt, informed the Republika Srpska (RS) Sate Commission for Exchange of War Prisoners that it can not guaran tee that the exhumation of the bodies of deceased Serb soldiers and civilians from the mass grave in Kamen, near Glamoc, will be continued. The corpses of 65 Serb soldiers and civilians killed in last year's Muslim and Croat offensive in Glamoc, Grahovo and the Drvar areas, were buried in the mass grave. KOTOR - VAROS - The president of the KotorVaros branch of the Party of Serbian Unity (SSJ), Damir Dubocanin, stated that the triumph of national parties at the September elections is una voidable, for this is the only guarantee of RS survival and the strengthening of its statehood. He stressed that the SSJ has during the war fought for freedom and a strong RS and will in peace continue the struggle politically. LJUBINJE - Of 3,500 citizens with the right to vote, about 3,400 (95%) have registered so far with the Ljubinje Office for voter registration, said Slavica Turanjanin, secretary of the Municipal Electoral Commission. As she said, of the 3,000 adults in Ljubinje, about 2,953 checked to see if they were included on the provisional voter list. BIJELJINA - A session of the RS Ministry of Health expert team for cooperation with the World Health Organisation and international financial institutions dealing with the current difficulties within the health sector in RS, was concluded in Bijeljina today. The expert team has, according to the "Strategy for health care development in RS by 2,000", fixed the tasks for the reform of primary health protection, public health care, the reconstruction of hospital institutions, as well as the reeduca tion of doctors and nurses for the system's needs. DOBOJ - The RS minister of religion, Dragan Davidovic, visited with the Jewish community and the Association of the SerbianJewish Friendship in Doboj, assessing that they are successfully nurturing the traditionally good relations existing between the two peoples. The president of the Jewish community, Atijas Mordehaj, and the president of the Association of the SerbianJewish Friendship, Pero Sredanovic, acquainted the minis- ter with plans for upcoming activities, not only in the Doboj region, but in the whole of RS. TREBINJE - His Eminence the Bishop ZahumskoHercegovacki and Primorski, Atanasije, said in Trebinje that the "renewal of living Orthodox tradition is of paramount importance".
