BANJALUKA - According to the incomplete data to be published by the Provisional Electoral Commission (PIK), seven candidates, of which six from the RS and one from the CroatMuslim Federation are registered for the upcoming RS presidential elections. Prof. Dr. Biljana Plavsic from Sarajevo, retired general Slavko Lasica from Banjaluka, Predrag Radic, Zivko Radisic from Banjaluka, LjiljanaTina Peric from Bijeljina and Dr. Dragan Djokanovic from Zvornik are registered as candidates for RS presidential elec tions, with Abid Djozic from Srebrenica suggested by the Muslim Party of Democratic Action (SDA) as the seventh candidate.

SRPSKA KOSTAJNICA - The Municipal Boards of the Serbian Democratic Party, Serbian Radical Party and RS Socialist Party from Srpska Kostajnica protested because of the PIK OSCE's deci sion for excluding this Municipality from the list for local elections. According to the opinion of these parties, an argu ment showing that the Municipality of Srpska Kostajnica did not exist in 1991 and for which reason local elections can not be organised, may not be applied, because it has not even be applied during the elections in Mostar, organised by the EU.

ZAGREB - The Serbs, who had lived in Croatia before the war, will not be allowed to return to their homes, stated on Saturday President Franjo Tudjman of Croatia at the World Congress of Croats, held on Brioni. "We have not asked for all the Serbs to leave Knin and other areas, and the fact showing that 90% of them have left - is their problem. They wanted to govern Croatia, but they did not express desire for living here", said Tudjman.

KOTOR - VAROS - During the last 30 days, the Muslims in the former B-H are hastily being equipped with the latest weaponry coming from the arsenals of the US, Iranian and Great Britain armies, reports Croatian RadioNovi Travnik. According to Croa- tian Radio, the Islam Centre in Zagreb through which deliveries are being conducted, is one of the places for receipt and dis tribution of arms.

AMSTERDAM - The international community failed in its at tempt at laying a foundation of multiethnic Bosnia, assess Duch press. While analysing the situation after the elections in Mostar, the daily Folkskrant concludes that the Croatian parties are not enthusiastic with the decision for a joint Croat and Muslim management to be organised within a city zone.

ATHENS - Bosnia died in Mostar, assesses, the Greek daily Elephterotypia, citing observers acquainted with the latest events in the city. While analysing last week's elections in Mostar, Greek papers emphasise that this was a dress rehearsal for the upcoming elections scheduled for September in the RS and the CroatMuslim Federation.

SOPHIA - A ministerial Conference of Balkan Lands was concluded today by the signing of the Declaration on good neigh bourliness, stability, security and cooperation in the Balkans. The contents of the Declaration and the course of the meeting showed the determination of all member states for rebuilding and strengthening regional cooperation and thus to contribute to the strengthening of stability, security and good neighbourliness in this part of Europe.

SOPHIA - The Bulgarian ambassador to Sarajevo, Marko Markov, stated for SRNA's correspondent in Sophia that the RS and the CroatMuslim Federation are to be treated equally by his country. Mr.Markov said that he intends to meet very soon with represen tatives of the Srpska political parties in Banjaluka.

ZAGREB - The president of the CroatMuslim Federation, Kresimir Zubak, warned the Hague Tribunal's main prosecutor, Richard Goldstone that "public in the Central Bosnia is aston ished with the lack of seriousness by the Tribunal". In a letter of protest sent to Goldstone due to the bringing legal action against Bosnian Croat Stipe Alilovic, Zubak concludes that there are more and more reasons for having doubts that this court is an object for Muslim manipulation.

SARAJEVO - The Muslim premier, Hasan Muratovic called the residents of the CroatMuslim Federation to boycott the products from Slovenia and announced the introduction of visa for Sloveni ans, starting with July 10, reports Muslim Radio. He says that this governmental decision is a response to the stance of Ljubl jana for the introduction of visa from July 1 for the resident of the CroatMuslim Federation.
