Klickovic stated in Banjaluka that Radovan Kradzic, in agreement with the RS leadership, and because enormous pressure on the part of the international commu nity gave up his candidacy at the upcoming elections. BEOGRAD - The Serbian Congregational Party assessed that the insisting at the replacement of president Karadzic leads to a loss of the factual sovereignty and political independence of RS, gained and acknowledged in Dayton and Paris. "The interna tional pressure on RS and Yugoslavia destabilises both countries", warns the Party. THE HAGUE - During the sevenday trial to president Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, starting tomorrow in the Hague, 12 witnesses will be heard, as well as a number of politi cal experts will be invited to speak of the current situation in the former Yugoslavia. Drazen Erdemovic is to be the main wit ness, and there is a possibility that the former UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion commander in Srebrenica Karemane shows up at the trial. BANJALUKA - The RS government held a session in Banjaluka reviewing the difficult energetic situation in the western part of the country. SARAJEVO - Secretary of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Presidency Vlado Vrkes, welcomed the decision of the OSCE chair man Flavio Cotti that the elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation be held on September 14, adding that the SDS expects victory. SARAJEVO - The OSCE mission carried out, under sponsorship of the Provisional Electoral Commission, the drawing lots for the lists of political parties and independent candidates for the up coming elections in RS and the Federation. Also determined are lists for elections of common bodies of RS and the Federation and the Federal bodies. SARAJEVO - Regarding Vidovdan, the Army's Day, the RS Army chiefof-staff general Ratko Mladic sent a massage to all RS Army members and Serbian people, clergy and state authorities: "The Serbian people, Orthodox clergy of RS celebrate this Vidovdan in peace for the first time, and they are preserving and cherishing thee best traditions and customs of the Serbian people", stated general Mladic. BANJALAUKA - The handing over duties between IFOR Sector SouthWest commander general Michael Jackson and the new command- er general John Kisley was carried out in Remici, near Banjaluka. MOSTAR - NATO troops in the former B-H took 2,500 soldiers as additional security for the elections in Mostar, scheduled for June 30, stated the French general Javier de Lambert, IFOR's Sector SouthEast commander. General Lambert said his troops will support the local and international police in preventing possible incidents. BANJALAUKA - The Serb Army generals Milan Gvero and Manojlo Milovanovic stated at a press conference in Banjaluka that the gathering of historic documents to be a ground for the military political studies is in the process. General Milovanovic ex plained the documentation will be a testimony of war times and the brining of RS into live.
