BEOGRAD - The prime minister of Republika Srpska (RS) Gojko Klickovic expressed his pleasure with the results of the Ministe rial Conference in Florence and the treatment that RS received there. A great gratitude for this belongs to the presiding of the Conference, the Italian chief of diplomacy, Lamberto Dini. "Dini showed understanding for our demand that there is no discussion outside the formula agreed to in Dayton, according to which B-H is constituted of three sovereign peoples and two entities", stated Klickovic for SRNA upon his arrival to Belgrade.

BEOGRAD - The RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha assessed that the meeting in Florence meant a final calming of hysteria about the turning over the RS president Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic to the Hague Tribunal. "The hysteria was stopped and the international community, as far as the Hague Tribunal is con cerned, at least, it is on the way to work properly", stated Aleksa Buha for SRNA upon arrival from Florence.

LONDON - The British media, transmitted, without exception, the warning of the RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic stated at the Ministerial Conference in Florence that "NATO is aware where a possible attempt at arrest of the RS president and the VRS com mander general Ratko Mladic could lead it." Even though British comments to his statements are "defiant" and "provocative", nobody missed to transmit the same in detail. "Karadzic and Mladic are defended not only by Police and Army, but by the peo ple, as well", British media cite prime minister Klickovic, who indiscreetly warned that their arrest would fell the Dayton peace.

PARIS - At the twoday Conference on the former B-H, which was closed last night in Florence, the insistence of the interna tional community to dates determined for the implementation of certain provisions of the Dayton agreement was reiterated, writes Figaro. Judging by the final Declaration, the Muslim government's demands were not considered, so the elections will take place by September 14, at latest.

BELGRADE - The spokesman of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Milorad Jovanovic, stated that "signing of the agreement on the arms control in the former B-H was a proof that the Muslim battle was lost in advance, and thus a diplomatic success of RS reached". "The Muslims got nothing by refusing to sign such document on June 11 in Oslo. In Florence they could not have evaded the signing", assessed Jovanovic.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Serbian Liberal Party Nikola Milosevic, assessed for SRNA that "the practice can show that the Dayton agreement is a kind of preelection creation for a short

term use". TURIN - The Italian press concludes that the Italian foreign minister Lamberto Dini is the most satisfied with the results of the Florence Ministerial Conference. Dini shows his content with the Arms Control Agreement, which the Muslims refused to sign in Oslo. By the Agreement all three sides are obligated to de stroy a large number of armoured vehicles, helicopters and other military equipment.

GENEVA - The American diplomacy energetically demands the elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation to be held by September 14, regardless a final decision is to be made by OSCE by the end of the month, concludes the Swiss press.

BANJALUKA - The Association of Families of Missing and Imprisoned persons of RS, held a session in Banjaluka, from which it sent a massage to the international agencies, especially ICRC and OSCE, that they will not be able to carry out their missions until they resolve the problem of missing and impri soned Serb soldiers and civilians.

SARAJEVO - The Novo Sarajevo mayor Milorad Katic confirmed in an interview for SRNA that following the "Dayton" dislocation, this municipality provided 5,000 Serb refugees with homes. "Since Novo Sarajevo is the only municipality in RS which does not dispose of governmental apartments, the refugees are mostly housed in abandoned and destroyed weekend houses or they are housed with their relatives or friends", stated Katic.

BELGRADE - IFOR commander of the Sector North East, U.S. general William Nesh stated in an interview for Panorama that the multinational forces will help the implementation of the civil ian part of the Dayton agreement, even though this part must be implemented by civilians. "Discussions on extending IFOR's man date beyond December are held on high levels, and this is not my responsibility", stated general Nesh.

HAMBURG - The main topic of reports, analyses and interviews of the German media are guesses about the further engagement of NATO troops in the former B-H, after their mandate expires. "The majority of the countries contributing peace forces, are of opinion that IFOR must stay in Bosnia after December so as to keep the former warring parties separated."

BRUSSELS - Controversies exist in the Belgian political cir cles about the possibility of stay of Belgian soldiers in the Serbian District of Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem, if oneyear UNATES mandate is extended. The Belgian foreign minister Eric Dereyk thinks that "they should not stay beyond January 15 next year, as planned in the Dayton agreement."

NOVI GRAD - Total 47 programmes for the reconstruction of economic capacities were completed for the Novi Grad area; these, DM 47,7000,000 worth programmes, should be funded by the interna tional community.
