SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president Momcilo Kra jisnik talked with the high representative of the international community Carl Bildt and the IFOR ground forces commander Michael Walker. "We talked about issues concerning the political and military implementation of the Peace agreement", said Bildt after the meeting pointing out freedom of movement and exchange of prisoners.

BELGRADE - The vicepresidents of Republika Srpska Biljana Plavsic and Nikola Koljevic informed Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic on the most important political activities in Republika Srpska. It was stressed that the forthcoming elections were of crucial importance for creating democratic institutions and that it was necessary in this connection to achieve full cooperation with the OSCE mission which is in charge of elections in line with the Dayton agreement.

SARAJEVO - The RS premier Gojko Klickovic reiterated his statement that a referendum might be held in Srpska in near future. Klickovic said that holding of referendum depends on results of today's talks with Carl Bildt and meetings which will be held in next few days.

STOCKHOLM - The Swedish defence ministry representative denied yesterday's information of the Swedish radio according which IFOR is preparing soldiers from Nordic countries to arrest the RS president Radovan Karadzic. "Our soldiers are not trained for such operations, and they will not participate in such a operation", said the representative.

BELGRADE - The RS Army majorgeneral Djordje Djukic was buried today in Belgrade. The RS Army HQ commander lieutenant general Ratko Mladic and members of the HQ generals Milan Gvero and Novica Simic attended the funeral.

SARAJEVO - The RS state commission for prisoner exchange president Dragan Bulajic stated that a great number of captured Serbs are being held in Croat and Muslim prisons. We know for sure that nine Serbs are still being held in a Muslim prison in Sarajevo, but there are many more Serbs who are not registered by the ICRC.

SARAJEVO - The leader of Bosnian Muslims Alija Izetbegovic admitted that the international mediator Carl Bildt intended to commit a coup d'etat in Srpska. "Karadzic avoided Bildt's attempt to oust him from power and remained in the saddle", said Izetbe govic in Sarajevo.
