SARAJEVO - The President of the Republika Srpska /RS/ Rado van Karadzic dismissed Prime Minister Rajko Kasagic with the aim of protecting the constitutional order, achieving adopted policy and preventing any further worsening of the crisis in the govern ment's work. One of the deputy prime ministers will run the gov ernment until the appointment of a new prime minister, reads an the announcement from the president's Cabinet.

SARAJEVO - The president of the RS Radovan Karadzic awarded the association of SerbianGreece and Serbian-Russian friendship and the vicepresident of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Borivoje Sendic, as well as the assistant of the Minister of Information Mira Mladjenovic with the Order of Njegos, First Class. The president Karadzic stressed that strengthening the connections with the Greek people, as well as renewal of fraternal and friendly links with Russia, are great achievements for the Serbs, because "people must rely on friends".

ATHENS - I recognise only the court of my own people. The Hague Tribunal is a political court which imposes somebody else's will, stated LieutenantGeneral Ratko Mladic, the HQ Commander of the Serbian Army, in an interview to the Greece state TV station ET - 3. "There are, perhaps, pilots/officers which were bombing the Serbian people, but they are not on trial. Now I have to be tried. I, who was defending myself from their airplanes, from the Americans, the English, as well as the Moslems, mercenaries, Croats... ", stated the general.

BANJALUKA - The Military court and the prosecutors in this war justified their work and suffered the heavy weight while creating RS - stated in Banjaluka the commander of the First Corps general Momir Talic. The Second Session of the military prosecutors of the RS Army /VRS/, is dedicated to the criminal acts of violating the sentinel, patrol or other similar service from Article 209 of the RS Criminal Law.

LONDON - "The Daily Telegraph" asserts that the western officials are convinced that the position of the president Rado van Karadzic is increasingly strengthened each day. "I'm not satisfied with the Peace Agreement, but I am content because of peace" - quoted this News, and transmits his warning to the international community that they shouldn't have to supply Mos lems with arms.

BRUSSELS - The Serbian Community in Belgium expressed its wonder regarding the statement of Prime Minister Rajko Kasagic for the "Voice of America" that "he wants to substitute a certain number of ministers, because they don't work on the implementa tion of the Dayton Agreement's provisions" and on this occasion issued an announcement in which they said that "the Dayton Agree ment, which was imposed to Srpska is not certainly not any kind of sanctity, and can't be the criterion for changing the minis ters".

BELGRADE - The Yugoslav National Bank governor Dragoslav Avramovic during his previous work made only one mistake - "he didn't look for information who is he dealing with" - assessed the representative of the Serbian National Renewal /SPO/ Dragoje Vukovic which was the first to talk at the National Assembly session.

NOVI SAD - The first contact of the municipalities Mirkovci and Vinkovci resulted in the demand of the Croatian side that Mirkovci have no status of municipality. The president of Munici pality's Assembly Mirkovci Miroslav Grkinic and the president of Executive Board Zeljko Travica warned that "present partition of this community on few smaller entities is direct violation of the Erdut agreement.

CLEVELAND - While, under the Clinton's administration pres sure, another accord between Moslems and Croats, about the reviv al of the federation, was signed in Washington, from Sarajevo 200 Moslem soldiers has been departed to Turkey. They will have training on standard arms, ordered by Moslem government from so called "friendly states", write the American news.

PARIS - The foundation of the Party for B&H /SB&H/ was discretely supported by leaders of The Democratic Action Party /SDA/ of Alija Izetbegovic - write "Le Monde", citating the Moslem news. Alleged opposition, however, denied such rumours and stressed that Izetbegovic's confident staff strengthened the position of SDA in all spheres of life.
