The bodies were not identified because their heads and larger portion of torsos were cut off. After examination of bodies, Dr Stankovic stated that the killed were men, and that their remains are as old as ten days.HAMBURG - The German weekly paper "Zeit" warns that the West will not succeed to tie the rebuilding programme for the Former B-H to the political conditions, for it is purposeless to set economic blackmails to RS leadership, because they had already experienced them in war time, not to paying any attention to the same. PARIS - Following yesterday's meeting in Paris, the World Congress of the Serbs sent an open letter to representatives of all political parties in RS with a suggestion to create a platform for the upcoming elections, through which they will succeed to preserve RS as a state. TUZLA - The main opposition political parties in the MuslimCroat Federation are preparing to join their forces so as to defeat ruling Alija Izetbegovic's Party of Democratic Action (SDA) at the elections. The president of the Union of Socialdemocrats of Bosnia, Selim Beslagic, confirmed that his and the Party of Democratic Changes - former Communist Party - will enter a coalition together with a new political party, the Party for B-H, formed by the Former Muslim prime minister, Haris Silajdzic. TRAVNIK - All problems in the establishing the MuslimCroat Federation are the consequence of the official Croatian policy, stated the vicepresident of the Croat-Muslim Federation, Ejup Ganic yesterday for Muslim RadioTravnik. "It is sad for such a policy is obediently followed by the legally elected Croat representatives, who are not aware that doing so, they are pushing their own people into even deeper nationalist abyss", said Ganic. ZAGREB - The Croatian Party of Justice is sharply opposed to a demand of the Bosnian Muslim leader, Alija Izetbegovic, that a seat in the Croatian Assembly be reserved for a Muslim representative. The HSP warned that "Izetbegovic has not any right to speak in the name of the Croatian Muslims". LONDON - The US secretary of state Warren Christopher, officially informed Tirana that Washington will not lift economic sanctions against Serbia all until Belgrade "substantially improves the situation in the Kossovo", say sources close to the Foreign Office. Even though Washington is not officially making questions about Serbia's rights in the Kossovo, all US govern ments since the end of the eighties until today have demanded Belgrade to lift a "direct administration" over the region and "renew autonomy annulled in 1989". SKOPLJE - Albania is among 37 countries of the "red group" - the group of states the most risking the breakout of war until 2000 - writes the Albanian paper "Koha Yone".
