"This was the third meeting this year with MMF representatives. We discussed the access of the RS to the European Union, World Bank and other international financial institutions", stated Kondic. SARAJEVO - Igor Pantelic, attorney of colonel Aleksa Krsma novic, whom the Hague Tribunal yesterday evening transferred to Sarajevo, warned that the continuation of the trial against his client by the CroatMuslim federal authorities has no legal base. "By signing the Dayton agreement, each party agreed to cooperate with the Hague Tribunal, thus to give it priority respecting its nationality", explained Pantelic in an interview to the Serb TV. MRKONJIC GRAD - In the last six days, 181 bodies of killed Serb soldiers and civilians were exhumed from the mass grave on the city graveyard in Mrkonjic Grad, and this evening 74 bodies were identified. This was confirmed by captain Borisa Ilic, the investigative judge of the Military Court in Banjaluka, who ordered investigators to gather medical for a certain number of those identified because of suspicion that some of them were mental patients. PRIJEDOR - Muslim police killed 70 yearold Serb, Risto Lazic, yesterday between 16:00 and 17:00 hrs, in the village of Koprivina, near Sanski Most, in the zone of separation between Republika Srpska and the CroatMuslim Federation. Witnesses to the crime, victim's family, stated that, about ten Muslim po licemen and civilians, carrying with themselves light arms and bombs, entered the village of Koprivina, and killed Lazic - who was disabled person - in front of his house. BELGRADE - The president of the Executive Board of the Con gregational National Party (SNS), Miroslav Miletic, assessed that the revision of the Dayton agreement will inevitably take place soon. At Belgrade's press conference, Miletic stated that general George Joulwan's statement proves that the intention of the West is to continue IFOR mission after December withdrawal deadline, through which the provisions of the Dayton agreement are directly breached. BEOGRAD - The president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), Vojislav Seselj, stated that "the addressing of the Hague Tribu nal to the Security Council with the aim of presenting Yugoslavia as a criminal country, represents the newest blackmail of the world powers". "The SRS have earlier warned of such moves, for we were aware that the great powers will not stop on the Dayton capitulation, but will keep searching for all ways to make the realisation of Serbian national interests impossible", stated seselj at a press conference held in Belgrade. PODGORICA - Threats by the U.S. defence secretary William Perry that the RS president Radovan Kradzic and general Ratko Mladic will not await the end of this year on their functions, the SRS for Monte Negro sees as a threat to the entire Serbian nation.
