The president of Srpska and the SDS, Radovan Karadzic, stated after a meeting of the main board that according to the information which the main board has, the party still rates well with the people, this being, as he put it, the guarantee of the survival of state and party. SARAJEVO - The 58th session of the RS National Assembly started today in Pale. The president of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Karadzic, will hand out the Nemanjic and Njegos medals - first, second and third class - to all those who contributed to the creation of Srpska. SARAJEVO - The signature of the Muslim prime minister, Hasan Muratovic, on three World Bank loans for the MuslimCroatian Federation does not oblige Republika Srpska at all, stated the RS Minister of Finance, Novak Kondic. In a statement given SRNA, Kondic said that talks with the IMF and the World Bank started in January this year and are in the phase of collecting data about the financial capacities and needs of Srpska.
