A communique issued by the RS Press Bureau says that president Karadzic made the decision in accord ance with the agreement reached between the RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha and Russian foreign minister Jevgeny Primakov as well as in accordance with the agreement reached between RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, and the president of the B - H Federation, Kresimir Zubak. SARAJEVO - RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajis nik, assessed all attempts of subsequent political instrumentali sation and abuses of Dayton provisions as "the Sisyphean task". "A part of the international community and Muslims consider the Dayton agreement as a transitional phase towards a unitary B-H, but the first three months showed that this approach leads to the violation of the Dayton agreement", said Krajisnik. ATHENS - The RS government delegation, headed by RS premier Rajko Kasagic, arrived in an official visit to Greece. SARAJEVO - Three persons of Muslim nationality were arrested because of the criminal act of terrorism in the vicinity of the former motel "Osmice", on March 22, says the communique issued by the RS internal ministry. DOBOJ - The remaining war prisoners could be released this weekend, if the former warring sides observe what they agreed with international representatives, stated a delegate of the ICRC Antoan Gilleron in Doboj. SARAJEVO - The Muslim premier, Hasan Muratovic, stated that the Croatian Community of HercegBosnia and the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) are the biggest obstacles for the establishing of the Federation, reported MuslimRadio Sarajevo. "No Federation law was implemented on the territory under the HVO control", said Muratovic. BERLIN - The aim of the Muslim leadership is not a multieth nic but Islamic Bosnia, writes the Berlin's paper Die Welt while commenting on relations within the Croat/Muslim Federation.
