I wish you, in my name and in the name of the RS people and their leadership, happy your state holiday", says the RS president, adding that "importance of Serbia's strengthening will be all the more visible in time that will come". BANJALUKA - In Koprivina, near Sanski Most, the Muslim Fifth Corps Commission for POW Exchange delivered bodies of eight Serb soldiers, killed in the area of Vranjska, on the Kupres front. As the president of the RS Army Second Krajina Corps Commission, Milan Ivancevic explained "all three parties are expected to release war prisoners by the end of this month, while the deliv ering of bodies of killed soldiers will take more time". SARAJEVO - The UN spokesman, Alexander Ivanko, condemned behaviour of the Muslim police for their refusal of cooperation with the International Police in Sarajevo municipalities, reports AFP. "The arrest of a Serb translator working with the UN addi tionally deteriorated already tense relations of the two poli cies.", stated Ivanko, and added that "The Muslim police in Ilidza stopped, in practice, every cooperation with the interna tional police". AMSTERDAM - The Dutch daily "Brabans Daglbladet" writes that general Djordje Djukic, at the latest brief hearing held on March 25 complained about the way he is being treated in the "Swenin gen" prison in the Hague. According to paper, general Djukic stated that he loses his weight, that he does not receive enough liquid and that his sleep rhythm is disturbed. BELGRADE - Colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic's defence attorney, Igor Pantelic, confirmed that "the Tribunal will deliver colonel Krsmanovic back to Muslim judicial organs", reports TANJUG. Pantelic explained that the main prosecutor of the Hague Tribu nal, Graham Bluit, stated that "colonel Krsmanovic will be re turned to Sarajevo, for there is no base for his further deten tion in prison in the Hague". THE HAGUE - The Hague Tribunal announced that discussions will be he;held next week to investigate statements in the in dictment against the Croatian general Ivica Rajic. The Tribunal charged Rajic with the slaughter of the Muslims in October, 1993, when the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) attacked Stupni Do, near Vares. NOVI SAD - The programmes with which the Serb economists compete for founds to be donated by the World and European Banks are twice "heavier" than the sum which the international communi ty intended for the RS, writes the Yugoslav paper "Economic View". In the RS, 2,184 programmes have been already submitted, out of which 527 from agrarian field, 505 from metalworking, 202 from forestry. The majority of the programmes are coming from the private sector. ZRENJANIN - The newest activities of the two last Krajina prime ministers, Borislav Mikelic and Milan Babic, are represent ing the continuation in the betrayal of the Krajina Serbs, warned the Coordination Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) for Vojvodina. "The foundation and work of Mikelic's "committee" is the sequel of the betrayal of the Serbs from the Republic of the Srpska Krajina. The gravedigger of the Krajina, Mikelic, Tanjga and others, with the blessing of their sponsors, are calling upon the people to return under the Ustashe rule", says the SDS for Vojvodina. BEOGRAD - The spokesman of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), Milorad Jovanovic, emphasised that the formation of a technical coalition of four opposition parliamentarian parties is necessary to rule down the current regime in Serbia. PRISTINA - The vicepresident of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), Milorad Jevric, blamed the Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic for harmful resolution of the B-H crisis. "I think that Milosevic did not allow the Serbs to win the war in the former B- H, because in that case the figures from the RS would gain popularity and win elections", stated Jevric. /end/
