SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, will receive the high representative of the interna tional community, Carl Bildt, in Pale tomorrow. ATLANTA - CNN assessed that "the Dayton agreement was based on a multiethnic Sarajevo. Following the exodus of the Sarajevo Serbs, this is not the case any longer". CNN cited several times the UN spokesman, Alexander Ivanko, that the Sarajevo Serbs feel betrayed, because the international community did not provide security for their safe remaining. PODGORICA - His eminence, the Metropolitan Amfilohije Crno gorskoprimorski/Zetsko-brdski and Skenderijski, assessed today that the "tragedy of the Sarajevo Serbs is a direct consequence of the capitulation in Dayton". "We are witnesses to the terrible tragedy of the people of Serb Sarajevo, who are the biggest victims of the dictates of the quasipeacemakers of Dayton", stated the Metropolitan Amfilohije in an interview given SRNA. According to him, "some are attempting, through the skillful manipulation of the media, to present Dayton as an achievement of vital national interest and the greatest success in Serbian history. The tragedy is increased by the fact that most people in Montenegro and Serbia think that this is in fact what it is". GENEVA - Russia will not participate at tomorrow's meeting of the Contact Group, which is to be held in Geneva, announced the Russian mission to the Geneva Palace of Nation. SALONIKA - All Greek TV stations broadcasted the information on the failure of the meeting in Ankara, at which the USA did not receive support from the international community for the arming of the Muslim army. The Greek paper Ekatimerini published a communique of the French foreign ministry, which says that "if there is a possibility of the financial aid, it should be used for the building of the former B-H, not for the arming of the Muslim army. BRUSSELS - The US secretary of state, Warren Christopher, once again called upon the alliance to finance the arming and training of the Muslim army. MOSTAR - The Muslim refugees of Capljina protested against the disregard of the provision of the peace agreement, according which the freedom of movement in the Croat/Muslim federation is guaranteed. SARAJEVO - IFOR accused the HercegBosnia authority of detaining its convoys, demanding customs to be paid.
