SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, and a representative of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe for military affairs, Ishtvan Garmaty, agreed in Pale that the success of the peace process will depend on the equal treatment of Srpska and B-H federation. After the meeting, Krajisnik stated that he warned the Hungary official that the intention of the international community to arm the Croat/ Muslim federation will not contribute to the lasting peace. "Such intentions we must eliminate, if we want the peace to take root", said Krajisnik, expressing the hope that the cooperation between Srpska and the CSCE in the supervising and inspection of the arms will be good.

SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with the deputy high representative of the international community, Michael Steiner, about the continua tion of the implementation of the Dayton agreement. Steiner said that the main subject was the implementation of the peace agree ment in Sarajevo and stressed that the transfer of authority in Ilidza was conducted in "a satisfactory way". He said that IFOR and the international police forces strengthened their presence on the ground.

SARAJEVO - The evacuation of populace and their property from the remaining parts of Serb Sarajevo - Stari Grad and Novo Sarajevo will be continued tomorrow.

THE HAGUE - The former mayor of Amsterdam, Ed van Tin, will lead an international observation delegation which will control elections in Sprska and B-H federation.

DOBOJ - The ICRC will start Wednesday a campaign aimed at drawing attention to the dangerous of mines. The ICRC distributed 16,000 advertising materials in Srpska under the title "DANGEROUS - MINES!!", which describe the most common places where mines can be found.

SARAJEVO - The chief of the IFOR operations, general Andrew Cummings, warned the federation leaders that the limitation of the freedom of movement in central Bosnia increases tensions between the Croats and Muslims. "Both Muslim and Croat check points are placed on the roads near Vitez, Jajce and Kiseljak", Cummings said, adding that this is contrary to the peace plan.
