A convoy of eight tracks should leave tomorrow for Rajlovac to evacuate the remaining Serbs, while convoys for Ilijas, Vogosca and Centre will be organised until March 19, with necessary security meas ures to be undertaken by IFOR and the international police.SARAJEVO - The Serbian flags and other Serbian symbols were taken off the Ilidza municipal building, while Serb policemen were leaving the police station, occupied by French IFOR troops a day before Muslim police entry into this part of the city, says a SRNA's reportage titled "Homeland Without Symbols". BANJALUKA - The Government of the Republic of Srpska (RS) adopted positions of the Assembly Commission for Constitution Issues that there are serious deviations from the RS constitution related to the Dayton agreement and its annexes. While consider ing the constitutional aspects of the implementation of the Dayton agreement, the Commission assessed that a serious devia tions from the principles contained in the mentioned documents were displayed in the praxis. BIJELJINA - A delegation of Yugoslav economists visited Bijeljina and talked with economists there on possibilities of reestablishing of business contacts and reviving of production. The president of the Yugoslav Economic Council and the head of the delegation, Mihajlo Milojevic, said that "It is time to agree future joint actions and to commit ourselves to more effective use of the existing potentials, in order to achieve better re sults." BANJALUKA - The economic cooperation and tying of electron ic, railway and other communications between the RS and Yugosla via should start as soon as possible, this was concluded in Banjaluka, at a meeting between representatives of the Yugoslav and RS Economic Councils.
