SARAJEVO - Regarding individual cases of burning private and state buildings on the territory of Serb Sarajevo municipalities, which according to the Dayton agreement will belong to the Croat/Muslim federation, the Operational Staff for Accommodating the Refugees from Serb Sarajevo, appealed to the residents not do so. According to the Staff, on March 18, 1996, a Commission for refugees and displaced persons will begin its work, and one of its main task will be the compensation for the property which re mained on the territory of other entity. "Because of this, we think that it is not in the Serb Sarajevo residents interest to destroy the property which remained in these areas", says the appeal of the Operational Staff.

HAMBURG - The Berlin's political weekly Vochenpost pub lished the words of the former UN special reporteur for human rights in the former Yugoslavia, Tadeush Mazowecky, that "the Dayton agreement means the beginning of the division of the former B-H".

PARIS - The France's weekly Le Poen pointed out a forbidden relation between the Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic and Teheran. The paper says that" the future will show whether Alija Izetbe govic was right when he thought that he can play double game - on one side Teheran, on the other Washington.

SKOPLJE - At the first congress of the Democratic Party of the Serbs (DPS) in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, was demanded that the Serbs be included in the constitution of this republic. The president of the DPS warned that the Serbs of this republic, in the last 55 years, are the people without the right to vote, language and religion.

ATHENS - "The Caravan of Solidarity" carrying money for 2,500 war orphans, will leave Athens for the Republic of Srpska at the of the month.
