SARAJEVO - Regarding a meeting of the NATO Ministry Council in Sarajevo on March 8, RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, warned that "there are serious indications that the Muslims are preparing an incident, for which they will try to accuse the Serbs, thus repeating a new Markale".

SARAJEVO - One hundred and thirty eight trucks and two buses for the evacuation of populace and their property were sent to Serb Sarajevo by 17:00 hrs.

SARAJEVO - The ICRC continues to deliver humanitarian aid to thousands of Serb families who left Serb Sarajevo in recent days as well as to the Serbs who remained in those Serb parts of the city which came under the Muslim control. The ICRC will sent aid to the 25,000 most destitute Serbs in the region of Bijeljina, Pale, Visegrad and Trebinje in the coming weeks.

SARAJEVO - The RS commission for constitutional issues noted that there have been made considerable exceptions to the princi ples and solutions of the General Framework Agreement.

ZAGREB - The Croatian branch of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, accused the Croatian Army of killing five Serb civilians and burning alive two old women in the region of Ud bine, during its August's occupation of the Republic of Srpska Krajina. "On August 12, 1995, the Croatian Army entered the village of Poljice, near Udbina, with two tanks, three armoured vehicles and several infantry units. Seven Serbs were killed, while 80% of the village was burned", says a communique issued by the branch.

SARAJEVO - The Banjaluka Association of families of dead Serb soldiers sent a letter of support to the president of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Karadzic, and the RS Army HQ command er, general Ratko Mladic.

BELGRADE - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia, Vojislav Kostunica, stated that the Rome agreement is deceit, because it is obvious that the Serbs in Sarajevo did not receive any guarantees for the safe staying. "The exodus of the Serbs from Sarajevo was followed by other events such as the violence of the Federal police which was not ready to ensure safe depar ture of the Serbs, let alone their safe staying", said Kostunica.

BRCKO - Representatives of the Serb and Muslim military commissions for prisoner exchange will talk about the exchange of corpses and the fate of persons disappeared during the war, tomorrow in the zone of separation near Brcko. The Serb side will insist on the liberation of 130 Serbs from the Tuzla prison, registered by the ICRC.

LONDON - The IFOR commander, admiral Leighton Smith, be lieves that serious problems within the Croat/Muslim federation will become bigger in the coming months, if something is not done for it to become effective.

SARAJEVO - There were no legitimate policemen of the Croa tian people within the ranks of the Federal police who entered Hadzici, reports Croatian radio. In order to avoid a conflict with IFOR, the Croatian police obeyed to this morning's IPTF ultimatum to withdraw from Hadzici.
