The OMRI Daily Digest provides short reports, based on primary sources, of current events and developments in the former Soviet Union, East-Central and Sourtheastern Europe.

It is published Monday through Friday by the Open Media Research Institute, which is headquartered in Washington, DC and maintains analytical offices in Prague, Czech Republic.

The HR-Net Group selects and archives articles from the OMRI Daily Digest which pertain to Greece and the Balkans, thus focusing on the material on Southeatern Europe.
