Your country will be inevitably faced with negative international critics, in the case such annoying is continued", members of Sweden PEN stated in the letter. EU Administrator R. This rule is not referred to Mostar Serbs who, according to the insisting of the Croatian side, must vote in Mostar. Representative of the Serb people to EU, Obren Lozo criticized this resolution, requesting Serb refugees be given right to vote in the "Serb entity" and "FRY" where they are temporarily situated. He asked for installing of polling places in Nevesinje and Belgrade. This proposal was accepted by Bosniaks but rejected by Croats. Owing to such results, Bosnian Serbs would probably must go to the polls directly in Mostar, but it is still uncertain how many of them would appear. (end) M.S.

The Hague, June 1, 1996 (Press TWRA)

    D. Erdemovic, charged for war-crimes committed in Srebrenica, confessed his crimes yesterday. The Court spokesman stated Erdemovic also provided to investigators some useful testimonies that could be used in the charges against Bosnian SerbsF leaders, Karadzic and Mladic, who are accused for slaughtering more than 6.000 Bosniaks after the fall of Srebrenica. As Erdemovic avowed his guilty, he would be the first regularly examined by the Court. He admitted killing of 70 Bosniaks in the farm near Srebrenica and added, for his defense, he was forced to do so, otherwise, he would have also been killed with the victims. For this crime, the Court foresees a long-life sentence. It is expected the Erdemovic defense would request for less serious sentence for he confessed his crimes and cooperated with the Court. Two days ago, a group of six juridical experts burnt down a corn-field near Pilice (Srebrenica) in order to find evidence on the crimes confessed by Erdemovic. (end) S.K.
