[02] Union for Democracy expresses its reserves regarding governing of left wing coalition

TIRANE, July 24 (ATA) - By A.Haxhiu: The opposition political grouping "Union for Democracy" expressed Friday in a press conference its reserves against the governing of left wing coalition. The leaders of this political grouping criticized the actual government referring to the declarations issued on Thursday by the EC chairman and OSCE rotating chairman on the meeting of "Friends of Albania" (FoA).

Secretary on Public Relations close to the DP, Vili Minarolli, said that when the country faces phenomenons such as the crime, corruption, lack of order and peace, the international community does not cooperate with Albania, and the later is losing the aid chances.

The deputy Chairman of Liberal Union Party, Arjan Starova, said that FoA group should be more tough with the Albanian government which during the last two years has shown it is unable to govern.

The common declaration of the EU Presidency and the rotating Chairman of OSCE on the meeting of the "Friend of Albania" group, held on July in Brussels, reached the conclusion that the progress in Albanian is still insufficient, especially in the field of law, order and anti corruption. /led/A.A/
