DOBOJ - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/
Momcilo Krajisnik announced that the Serbian Democratic Party, along with
the participation of other Serbian coalition parties, prepare the
declaration about equal development of RS and overcoming the existing
misunderstandings at all levels of administrative organs and political
structures. At the press conference in Doboj on July 18 Krajisnik stressed
that to Serbian people must be said clearly what follows after September
because, as he explained, the elections are the referendum at which people
will say do they want their own masters in own state or they wish for
masters Croats and Moslems.
PRIJEDOR - The president of the Socialistic Party of RS Zivko Radisic
warned that "this is the year when RS is fighting in two crucial battles,
one for full equality, subjectivity and sovereignty in accordance with the
Dayton Agreement, and second, not lesser difficult, at the internal level -
for democratic, reformist and other programmes. Radisic concluded at the
meeting of the Municipal Board of SUBNOR /veterans org./ Prijedor
that these are extraordinarily and crucial moments for RS, in which,
as he said, "forcing one-sided privatisation, events in surroundings,
refugee's problem, unemployment and unsolved issues of veterans, disabled
persons and pensioners are everyday ambient".
PALE - The minister for environment in RS Government Branislav Blazic and
the delegate of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ in the Federal Assembly
Savo Kesic assessed in Pale that the coalition of radicals and Serbian
Democratic Party is the patriotic block and that it has a majority of
electorate in RS, which should be confirmed at the September's elections.
"We shall be present in the region of RS and actively participate in
preelectoral campaign in order to help people to resist the international
pressure and recognise Serbian patriotic block which for the next
generations must provide the creation of Serbian national state in the
areas where Serbs live", said Blazic and Kesic on July 18 at the meeting of
the city board of SRSRS in Pale.
SARAJEVO - The vice-president of Socialistic Party of B&H Suada Hadzovic
claims that the return of refugees to the regions in Federation B&H is
prevented by the 200 terrorists, the former soldiers and policeman dressed
into civilian and sportswear. As report the independent media in B&H in
last ten days were registered serious breaches of human rights of returnees
in sarajevo, Mostar, stolac, Odzak, Kakanj and Livno.

SARAJEVO - The decision of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska
/RS/ about returning "ijekavski" dialect is of the great national and
political interest - assessed in the statement to the Serbian radio-TV
minister of information in RS Government Rajko Vasic. "Introducing
"ekavski" dialect as the way of making distinction between Serbs in RS from
another people in B&H was artificial" - said Vasic and added:"By returning
"ijekavski" dialect we are strengthening the foundations of RS. We are
realising what is determined by the Dayton Agreement and another
international acts and, in the same time, we are holding a course of
development of each nation and each national feature in B&H".
BIJELJINA - The Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ did not submit the
report about taking care for refugees and fled population; it is neither
presented the Bases of the Economic Policy, nor made a rebalance of the
Budget although it had to do it three months ago - is said in the public
announcement forwarded from the Municipal Board of Serbian Democratic Party
/SDS/ of Bijeljina. At the consultation meeting of the Club of delegates of
SDS in Bijeljina, presided by the president of the Club and people's
delegate Aleksa Buha, was considered the political situation in RS before
the next session of Assembly and results of the ruling coalition. The
meeting was attended also by the presiding of the Presidency of SDS Dragan
Kalinic.
PALE - The selection of the artistic funds of "Fine arts colony in Pale"
/LKP/ - 40 oils on canvas, graphics and sculptures - will be presented to
the admirers of fine arts in Serbian Sarajevo at the exhibition in the
Summer garden in Pale. The exhibition will be opened by the assistant of
the general director for editorial policy of SRNA - media sponsor of LKP
'98 - Zeljko Grujic, after what is anticipated the promotional
videoprojection of art works of Pale colony, prepared, besides Grujic, by
Radoslav Zivkovic.
