According to Mrs. Plavsic, besides the arbitration process for the region of Brcko, the current situation in RS has been discussed in the talks too. Axenenok thinks that the decision "has to be positive for RS, bearing in mind all events in this city", and must be completely in accordance with the Dayton peace accord.BRUSSELS - NATO Council has decided in Brussels that the international peace forces - SFOR, stationed in B&H, would be engaged under the same name also after June 30. As SRNA learns from NATO sources, mandate remains not fixed for the time being, but the steps would be decided every six months. BANJALUKA - RS Defence Minister Manojlo Milovanovic had talks in Banjaluka with a Greek Embassy's representative in Sarajevo Kanotoris Panajotis about the forthcoming visit of the Ambassador to this Ministry. Other details of the talks have not been released. SARAJEVO - The previous spokesman of the administrator for Mostar Dragan Gasic has been appointed as the new administrator of Serbian Radio Television (SRT) - Simon Haselock, the OHR spokesman, confirmed at a press- conference in the federal part of Sarajevo. Haselock have not confirmed, nor denied that Vasic, who has been charged with murder of Hakija Turajlic by the federal authorities, would be put on a trial in RS, explaining that he has not been instructed to comment. He said that the new B&H passports would be completed and printed by the end of March, as it has been agreed in the common institutions, including entity symbols. The UN spokesman Alexander Ivanko expressed concern with recent burning of Serbian houses in Drvar. BRCKO - Municipal Board of Serbian Democratic Party (OO SDS) of Brcko thinks that "postponement of the final equitable arbitration decision on the inter-entity boundary line (IEBL) in the region of Brcko would increase tensions in the region". In a public announcement OO SDS warns that "it would convince us it was about division of RS in two and its disappearing". BANJALUKA - The president of RS Socialist Party Zivko Radisic assesses work of the new Government as a very successful one, adding that "the Government represents already a significant stabilisation factor in RS". "There are many reasons for us to be pleased with what the Government has done" - Radisic said, emphasising that "support which the new Government has in all parts of RS is significant, even there where it has been denied by obstructive forces". He said that the weak aspect of the work of Milorad Dodik's Cabinet was "personnel policy, because instead of party commitment, quality and knowledge have to be established again". ZVORNIK - The president of OO SDS of Zvornik Stevo Radic and the chief of team of European observes Wolfgang Kaufman agreed to establish checkpoints on IEBL, in order to make records of flow of goods between the two entities. Rajic and Kaufman had talks about economic and financial situation in enterprises and institutions in the region of this Municipality, and about volume of trade between enterprises of RS and Muslim-Croat federation. DERVENTA - Even five months after the local elections OSCE have not verified authorities of the Municipality Derventa, formed on the base of election results, because of objections of Croat and Muslim parties. At the municipal elections held on September 13,14 last year Serbian parties won 31 from 50 seats in the Municipal Assembly of Derventa, and on the base of that shared authority in the Municipality. Parties from Muslim- Croat federation, unsatisfied with such course of events, have submitted a complaint to OSCE. SAMAC - By mediation of the Association of citizens of Drvar who live in Samac, 27 families have returned in the region of Drvar, and return of 15 more families has been planned for the next week, the president of the Association Dusan Grubor stated. In UNHCR-organised survey last year, more than 90% from 1300 citizens of Drvar have come out for return to Drvar.
