BANJALUKA - German Foreign Affairs Minister Klaus Kinkel will arrive tomorrow in return visit to RS. In Banjaluka he will have separate talks with RS President Biljana Plavsic and with the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik. A meeting with religious superiors - Bishop Jefrem of Banjaluka, bishop Franjao Komarica and mufti Ibrahim Halilovic - has been scheduled for 2.00 pm.

NEW YORK - Bishop Artemije of Rashka and Prizren will hold a lecture tomorrow at the Columbia University in New York on subject "A Peace Plan for Kosovo". A lecture is organised by Eastern-European Centre for Human Rights and Programme for Solving International Clashes at the Columbia University in cooperation with Fund of the University for Serbian language study.

WASHINGTON - Washington welcomed voluntary surrendering of two Serbs, Miroslav Tadic and Milan Simic, against which before the Hague Tribunal three years ago was brought indictment for allegedly committed war crimes - reports DPA. In the yesterday's statement of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Washington is stated that "this act had shown that they have confidence in international justice, and that both of indicted could expect objective and fair process before the Hague Tribunal".

ATHENS - "Belgrade does want a dialog on Kosovo problem but there is no one to talk to" - conveys "Eleferotipia" the statement of the President of Commission for foreign-political affairs with the Yugoslav Assembly Ljubisa Ristic. " Insisting of the President of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (BJRM) Kiro Gligorov that in the case of war in Kosmet should be opened a corridor through which the Albanians would cross to Albania, FR Yugoslavia (FRY) interpreted as direct interfering with its internal affairs in spite that the stance of Skoplje is that the Kosovo issue is exclusively problem of Serbia" - concludes the Greek paper.

BAGHDAD - Three members of UN Inspection Team for inspection of the presidential palates have arrived in Baghdad with a task to determine locations and size of objects which are suspected to have secret warehouses with arms for mass destruction - DPA reported. Iraqi leadership have denied until now access of the UN inspectors team to presidential palaces because" that is violating of the integrity of a country" and according to compromise propose by Russia, Baghdad will allow access to those sensitive sites for 60 days.

NEW YORK - The USA President Bill Clinton and his associates have started preparations for war against Iraq and possible loses on the ground and among American pilots - says "New York Times". Chief of Joint Headquarter in Pentagon General Henry Shelton said for "New York Times' that " our men will be killed too and that will be great loss, a war is a dirty stuff and that is true".

MOSTAR - Dayton Agreement, constitution and laws of B&H will not have any meaning for citizens of Croatian nationality if they were expelled from these regions - is the message of the Assembly of Croatian community Herceg Bosna /HZHB/, held yesterday in Mostar, which conveyed the Croatian radio Herceg-Bosna. "The political leadership, as well as all civilian and religious institutions of Croats in B&H are clear and decisive - expelled Croats must be returned to B&H, because only so we can keep the status of constitutive, and with equal rights, people with another two constitutive people in B&H", was concluded by Assembly of HZHB.
