After the talks in Banjaluka Mrs. Plavsic reminded that giving of financial help to RS, as well as solving of Brcko's status, i. e. work of the Arbitration Commission, had been discussed too.VIENNA - Brcko represents for Muslims a possibility to break up RS , and for Serbian side the region is of a vital significance, General Major Dusan Kukobat, the assistant of head of General Staff for relations with foreign armies and representatives of international organisations, emphasised. BELGRADE - If the Arbitration Commission in Vienna decided that Brcko would not belong to RS, it would mean that the international community did not care about stability of RS - an associate of the Institute for Geopolitical Sciences in Belgrade General Radovan Radinovic thinks. In a statement for Belgrade's daily "Blic" he assessed that "decision of the Arbitration Commission will also be a great test for attitude of the international community toward the new RS Government". ATHENS - Brcko is a unique opportunity for the international community to show how really prepared it is for consistent implementation of the Dayton peace accord - Greek Radio "902" concludes today, emphasising that RS had realised all her obligations.
