The participants of the rally started the symbolic building of the "Dobrinja wall" because of protection from similar intrusions of the federal police and announced the continuation of protest until the solving of this case. SARAJEVO - The council of ministers of B&H at the session in federal part of Sarajevo did not reach an agreement about the Draft budget of joint institutions and Rules of Procedure on systematisation of ministries and permanent location of Council. The co-presiding Boro Bosic stated after the meeting the "the budget was not discussed thoroughly and that it was agreed that until Thursday, when the Presidency of B&H has a session, would be made the final version of this document and be forwarded to the Presidency for adoption". Concerning the Rules of procedure about systematisation of ministries and permanent location of the Council, Bosic stressed that still exist the significant differences in attitudes. ZVORNIK - The president of Municipal Board /OO/ of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Zvornik Stevo Radic assessed in talks with the chief of European monitors in Zvornik Wolfgang Kaufman that "evident is the standstill in implementation of civilian part of Dayton Agreement". He expressed the hope that international community "will redefine the Peace Agreement", by which will be enabled "creation and development of democratic B&H". UZICE - The spokesman of UNHCR for refugees Mans Nuberg confirmed in Uzice that 200 expelled persons in refugees centres, filled the questionnaires for return in former places of residence. According to him, the positive results are made in the framework of campaign of making evidence for return of refugees increase the prospects that around 545,000 registered in FR Yugoslavia return to Croatia and B&H.
