Just before voting Schumacher stated for the press that Westendorp would put the law into effect already tonight on the base of authorisations from Bonn if representatives did not reach an agreement and adopt the Law on B&H flag. The Deputy High Representative announced that in continuation of the session he would appeal to representatives of Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) to stop obstructions and participate in voting on offered variants of B&H flag.BANJALUKA - Serbian Intellectual Forum supports consistent implementation of the Dayton Agreement and agreed principles, according to which 49% of whole territory, without division of cities, belongs to Republika Srpska (RS) in division of B&H territory - is said in an announcement after discussion of members of the Forum held in Banjaluka. "Therefore the Forum expects from Arbitrage Commission to make a decision according to which Brcko stays in RS and 250 square km, which RS is short of according to mentioned principle of division, are compensated" - is emphasised in the announcement. SARAJEVO - A member of B&H Presidency Kresimir Zubak demanded at a Conference on Return of Refugees in Sarajevo undisturbed disposing of property an urgent repealing of illegal decisions on depriving of tenancy rights of refugees from this city. According to his assessment setting up of new conditions is one attempt more to prevent return of refugees, reports Croatian Radio of Herzeg-Bosna. BANJALUKA - Workers in the Government of RS, organs of the state, school, Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) and Serbian Radio Television will not be dismissed from a job because of a change of the headquarters of the Government, and salaries and other incomes in accordance with the General Collective Agreement should be provided for employees in these fields. DOBOJ - The Director of OSCE Regional Centre in Banjaluka Roger Brian informed presidents of Municipal Assembly and Executive Board of Municipal Assembly of Doboj that "OSCE did not make a final decision on verification of constituting of this Municipality, denying in that way information of media which had reported that OSCE 'refuses' verification". DOBOJ - Municipal Board of Serbian Radical Party (OO SRS) of Doboj demands from OSCE verification of constituted executive and legislative power of this Municipality, because, according to opinion of Radicals, conditions for this act are made. SAMAC - Three board members of Municipal Assembly of Samac, members of Coalition for United and Democratic B&H, asked from the president of this body Mirko Lukic to enable return of 500 Muslim families before March 31, and in return they would renounce participation in Municipal authority. This was interpreted as not serious plan, having in mind the fact that 10. 000 neglected Serbian families are still in this Municipality, and there is no free area of an apartment for their settlement. BIJELJINA - The newly elected president of Municipal Assembly (SO) of Bijeljina Dragomir Savic announced in Bijeljina, after a consultative meeting with presidents of Board Clubs, continuation of SO Constitutive Session of Bijeljina for Thursday, February 12 at 12,00 am. GACKO - Presidents of eight Municipalities of eastern Herzegovina supported at a meeting in Gacko consistent implementation of constitutionality and legality in RS on democratic bases, with respecting of all election results. Stances of clubs of representatives of Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) and Radicals in RS Parliament are supported too.
