BIJELJINA - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska /RS/ adopted at the session in Bijeljina the proposal of the Commission for election and appointments on forming ten working bodies of parliament, by which was concluded the process of constituting RS Parliament. By forming work bodies of the Assembly was finished the third item of the Agenda , and delegates should after the break, discuss about the proposal of the president of RS Biljana Plavsic that mandator of new government would be Milorad Dodik. The president Plavsic proposed Mr. Dodik, since the former candidate Mladen Ivanic was not able to secure the majority for forming new government, which concept of the national unity was not accepted by Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ and Serbian Radical Party /SRS/.

SARAJEVO - During the broadcasting the session of the National Assembly of RS occurred the interruption of TV signal in Sarajevo-Romanija region, and as said to SRNA in the technical sector of the Serbian radio studio in Pale, it had happened when the technicians of SFOR started repairing the aggregate on the transmitter on Trebevic. The break lasted from 14,05 until 14,45 h.

GENEVA - The Swish press writes that UN "returned Vukovar to Croatia", asking what will happen to Serbian population in the this region, because the convincing answers have neither Croatian officials nor frightened Serbs. The news "Curier" convey the dark story of Veronica Pasqieur, who visited one evening the Serbian family in Erdut. "Each time when their dog was barking somebody from the house would run out the house to check out what is happening, because their neighbour, Croatian returnee have threatened them that he will kill them if they do not give him back bricks which they allegedly had taken away from his courtyard during the war" - she writes.
