BEOGRAD - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ and Serbian National Union /SNS/ Biljana Plavsic stated in Belgrade, after talks with the president of Democratic Party /DS/ Zoran Djindjic, that she expects that the tensions in RS will calm down after parliamentary elections. She accentuated again that she hopes that the future parliament of RS would be composed of delegates who will be responsible to their voters", expressing the expectation that her party will enter the parliament, which, as she added, finally should become the real people's assembly.

PODGORICA - I am not under the influence of the west, I am only cooperative with international community, and those who had signed the Dayton Agreement must respect it - stressed the RS president Biljana Plavsic in the wider interview for daily "Pobjeda" in Podgorica. On the occasion of the forthcoming elections in RS Ms. Plavsic said that "everybody have to go on elections freely and to respect the will of citizens"."Somebody must be looser, but worst is when people loose" - explained her.

SARAJEVO - The president from RS in Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik talked in Pale with deputy High representative Heinz Heinrich Schumacher about issues of passports, citizenship, flag and Law on Council of Ministers of B&H. "We asked Mr. Schumacher for maximal efforts to accept our requirements or rejected based on arguments, because we think that they are fully in the framework of Dayton Agreement" - said president Krajisnik after the meeting.

ZVORNIK - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik stated in Zvornik that not respecting the people's will and electoral results in Brcko easily can happen in whole Republics. Krajisnik stated in the statement for SRNA, after the last night's tribune of the Serbian Democratic Party, reminded that the co-presiding and another presidents in Presidency of B&H Alija Izetbegovic and Kresimir Zubak stand for increasing authorisations of supervisor in Brcko Robert Farrand.

BELGRADE - The presiding of the Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Aleksa Buha assessed in the interview for weekly "Javnost" (public), that by holding the parliamentary elections the crisis in RS will not be finished. " I do not believe that by these elections for the parliament the crisis will be solved. I rather believe that it will be continued, because Ms. Plavsic in that regard determined her position" - explained Mr. Buha.

BELGRADE - The Head of the General Staff of RS Army general major Pero Colic deems that for Serbian army would be catastrophic inclusion into NATO, if Yugoslavian Army do not join some of the programmes of this alliance. "We can't allow to be detached from our mainstream nor its armed forces" - stated Colic for the Belgrade's daily "Demokratija".

VIENNA - And after the constituting the municipal assembly in Brcko in this city the disputes not only remained but deepened - conclude the commentators of Austrian media. The news are underlining that such situation is the consequence of the decision of supervisor Robert Farrand about establishing the multi ethnical administration and forcible appointment of Mirsad Djapa for president of SO, who had less votes than Serbian counter candidate.

ZVORNIK - The Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, as well as all Serbian people's movement, will do all that RS remain and survive as unique and within the borders drawn by Dayton Agreement, stressed the president of Presidency of SDS Aleksa Buha last night at the pre-electoral tribune of this party in Zvornik. "The Peace Agreement has lot of shortcomings, unclarified matters and possibilities for manoeuvring so that before us is very difficult second half-time of the peace match in which only the will, the patience and strength help to overcome all these obstacles" - said Buha.

LAKTASI - The coming parliamentary elections in RS are very important for its future and because of that one wrong step could cancel all our former struggle, and RS could become only a geographic notion, warned the president of Parliament Dragan Kalinic on the last night's pre-electoral tribune of SDS in Laktasi. While talking about the attempts of international and individuals from RS to separate in artificial way Banja Luka from Pale and division of RS on Eastern and Western parts, Kalinic stressed that "SDS is not against localism and regionalism", but that, as he said, there are moments when we dare not permit everyone to draw on his side, because "we are for one unique RS".

PALE - The commander of the Police Station Pale Jovan Skobo confirmed for SRNA that at 13,35 h was unblocked the traffic on the road Pale - Lukavica, where the stoppage occurred because of peaceful rally of the great number of citizens of Serbian Sarajevo against SFOR's seizure of transmitters of Serbian Radio-TV on the mountain Trebevic. In the afternoon hours was finished the peaceful protest of Serbs from Sarajevo, who once again pointed out the nondemocratic act of the part of international community which resulted in informational blockade of the Eastern part of

RS.

AMSTERDAM - The show-process which in Moslem part of Sarajevo was held against Serbs Sretko Damjanovic and Borislav Herak was used for increasing the pressure against international community, in order to found one international court, of the Tribunal type, which in similar way has to deal with such legal processes. This concludes the journalist Thomas Deichman in the feuilleton which is being published in instalments in Dutch weekly "Groene Amsterdammer", dedicated to the media war which is being lead from 1991 against Serbs.

VUKOVAR - In the centre of Vukovar appeared the leaflet which upset Serbs, in which, between other things is written that "killing, which starts soon, will be silent, slow and decisive". The spokesman of UNTAES Philip Arnold, while commenting the leaflet as "stupidity", stressed that "common people should not allow their future to depend on such leaflets".
