Mr. Akseniak stated after the meeting that "the coming out of the crisis is in democratic parliamentary elections" and that it is very important for all institutions - president of RS, legislative and executive authorities, to work for the benefits of the people so to be able to keep the unity and integrity of RS in the framework of Constitution of B&H".BRCKO - To the international supervisor Robert Farrand are forwarded the remarks of Serbian political parties on his orders on establishing the multi-ethnical administration, justice and police in Brcko, in RS - confirmed for SRNA the representative of RS in arbitrage procedure Radomir Lukic. "Starting from the basic premise of any democratic society Mr. Farrand have very seriously to consider these remarks and in the ultimately debated way answer on them. Contrary, it could be concluded indeed that it is case of non-democratic act" - said Lukic after the meeting with supervisor. He explained that this talks, which attended also the arbitrator from RS Vitomir Popovic and president of Municipal Assembly Brcko Miodrag Pajic, were "unusually brief and insipid". DOBOJ - The members of the Joint Military Commission of RS Army and Army of the Federation B&H concluded at the meeting with the commander of SFOR in Doboj that the implementation of the military part of the Dayton agreement is successful. The participants of the meeting concluded that the significant improvement was done in last two months and that cooperation between these two armies SFOR must keep on the level which guarantee the further implementation of Dayton agreement. BRUSSELS - The Contact Group will in Rome on Friday talk about the situation in B&H, with the special accent on the presidential elections in RS and stance of Contact Group towards the Serbian media - reports AFP. To the session of the Contact Group will for the first time the commander of NATO in Europe general Wesley Clark, who will talk about the situation in RS and Federation B&H. SARAJEVO - The minister for religion in the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Vojislav Topalovic stated that the decision of the supervisor for Brcko Robert Farrand about the ban on construction of the church and celebration of the Patron Saint's Day in this city is contra-productive and that he "do not understand the being and essence of the Serbian people". ZVORNIK - The decision of the supervisor for Brcko Robert Farrand on cancelling the Patron Saint's Day of the municipality Brcko - Vidovdan - is unallowable act for democratic world and rough attack on freedom of faith - warned the archpriest from Brcko Slavko Maksimovic. He said for SRNA that the depriving the right for Serbs to celebrate the Patron Saint's Day is the politising of the faith because settling Moslems into Brcko. Maksimovic deems that the attack on the freedom of faith and Farrand's decision about the ban on building the church, which is being built in the part of the city inhabited with the refugees according to their desire. BRCKO - In the edge settlement Omerbegovaca in Brcko 45 Moslem returnees has got the identity cards of RS. According to the data of the Centre of the Public Security in Brcko, until now the Serbian documents accepted 336 out of 1681 Moslems and Croats, who have the permission of supervisor Robert Farrand for inhabiting the edge areas of Brcko. NOVI SAD - Calling upon the well informed sources, the weekly news from Subotica on Serbian language "Dani" writes that in Washington is underway the real war between the supporters of the idea of dividing B&H and its fanatical maintenance through the Dayton Agreement. Between the most reputable supporters of division of B&H is the former U.S. State Secretary Henry Kisinger, to whom, in this option, are associated the group of six senators with Kai Baily Hatchinson at its head, with around 30 congressmen. "There is no Bosnian nation and there will be no lasting solution without the tripartite division of the artificial creature like Bosnia" - warns Kisinger. DERVENTA - The leader of the Department of Ministry of refugees and displaced persons in Derventa Djoko Poparic warned that in the region of Derventa municipality is settled more than 19,000 of refugees without the roof over their heads and stressed that until now is little done for their lasting accommodation. "For their accommodation is necessary to provide at least 1,000 housing units" - stressed Poparic. PRISTINA - The rector of the Pristina University Radivoje Popovic reminded in the interview for SRNA that "Kosovo is the place which is gathering the whole Serbian people" and that "there dare not be no any international or internal factors who can take it away from us and give it to somebody else". "To loose Kosovo means to loose ourselves, and that is why it is priceless. It would be the end of Serbia and Serbian people" - warned professor Papovic.
