SARAJEVO - The delegates of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska /NSRS/ at the 12th session finished on Jahorina have taken away the delegate immunity to the people's delegate of the Union for Peace and Progress Milovan Stankovic. The Assembly accepted also the requirement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS for allowing to bring the criminal charges against Stankovic, who on August 27 forcibly entered into the Radio- TV transmission station on Duge Njive and arrested the staff who secured this object. The president of NSRS Dragan Kalinic said that he was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that Mr. Stankovic was the main organiser of the attack on the hotel "Bosna" and leadership of RS in Banja Luka.

SARAJEVO - NSRS concluded on Jahorina that "one part of political activities and para-police forces gathered around president of RS Biljana Plavsic is continuing with the lynching and non-democratic behaviour in Banja Luka". In the announcement, read by the president of NSRS Dragan Kalinic, is reminded that "such negative behaviour, accompanied by the unprecedented media pursuit, culminated on September 8 at the legally allowed Serbian rally in Banja Luka, and next day by the occupation of the hotel "Bosna", in which the state leadership was accommodated". "It is for regretting, the consequences of the unconstitutional and unlawful behaviour of the president of the state on the mentioned rally, as well as during the evacuation of the leadership of RS, because of unnecessary endangering the human lives with the aim of conducting the plan of the certain circles in the international community about drowning RS into unitary B&H - it is said in the announcement.

SARAJEVO - The delegates of NSRS on Jahorina supported the proposal on holding the local elections, along with the participation of OSCE, but only if the irregularities were removed in the particular municipalities. As was concluded, the municipal electoral commissions will inform the Republican Electoral Commission about all irregularities, and this will on the basis of their reports bring the decision whether in these municipalities the elections would be delayed. In the addressing to the delegates the president of National Assembly Dragan Kalinic stressed that between the last two sessions of the parliament through the negotiations of the representatives of RS Government and OSCE the conditions for holding elections were improved.

SARAJEVO - The delegate in NSRS Miroslav Radovanovic stated in Pale that NS decided that the local elections in RS will be held, but it will insists on removing the irregularities in the voting lists. "We are occupied by U.S.A. and have a treatment like North American Indians. Americans are forcing so evidently Moslems to appear on the lists even dead, those who for a long time do not live here, as well as the great number of Albanian nationals, who will not use their voting right in Serbia, but in RS", stressed Radovanovic after the rally of the Serbian radical Party /SRS/ in Pale.

BANJA LUKA - the president of RS Biljana Plavsic thanked at the press conference in Banja Luka to the units of her parapolice forces and members of IPTF because, as she said, "they prevented the bloodshed, even not a drop of the Serbian blood". The attacks of her supporters against the members of the RS state-political leadership of RS in Banja Luka Ms. Plavsic qualified as "the spontaneous reaction of people".

BELGRADE - I hope that the next days will be removed the certain technical problems so the citizens of RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/ could come out on local elections, assessed in Belgrade the High Representative of the international community for B&H Carlos Westendorp. After the meeting with Slobodan Milosevic, the president of Serbia, to which attended also the president in the B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik and deputy High Representative Jacques Klein, Westendorp assessed that there exist the great need for holding local elections.

SARAJEVO - The OSCE Office in Sarajevo announced that the September 10 is the last day of the political campaign, and on Thursday, September 11 at 7 o'clock, commence the period of media silence, which will last until Saturday, September 13, when the polling stations will be opened. In the announcement are stated the rules and regulations of the Provisional Electoral Commission /PEC/ which SRNA conveys in whole.

BRCKO - The spokesman of OSCE Office in Brcko Mark Bender confirmed that the city is not unique electorate, and that the right for voting at the local elections do not have the Moslems who before war lived out of today's borders of the Brcko municipality in RS. "Only displaced persons who lived on the territory of Brcko in RS before 1992 could vote for Brcko on next elections" - certified in written form Mr. Bender.

ZVORNIK - The Local Electoral Commission /LEC/ of Zvornik after the detailed control of the new voting municipal register found out that out of 53.016 persons from the list 3,948 do not have necessary main identity number. According to the words of Miladin Ristic, the Secretary of the Commission, "95% of those voters are from FB&H".

ROGATICA - The Serbian democratic Party /SDS/ of Rogatica called upon the citizens to be unique and to give their support to the indivisible RS. At the rally in this city to the assembled people talked the president of the Municipal Board /OO/ of SDS Rogatica Milorad Jankovic with words:"We have gathered here not to sow the hatred but to give the support to RS, because the scenario for division of the Serbian people is under way, under the concept "alienate and make them quarrel and then govern!".

TREBINJE - Do not waste the Serbian powers, vote for SDS, is the slogan of the pre-electoral rally of OO SDS Trebinje, which gathered several thousands of citizens of this Herzegovina municipality. While addressing to the gathered people the vicepresident of OO SDS Mirko Mijatovic said that "because manipulations with the voting lists there not exist the conditions for holding the local elections, but that SDS, if so decide NSRS, will nevertheless participate on the local elections.

PRNJAVOR - OO SDS of Prnjavor most sharply condemned the attacks and abusing the citizens who came to the All-Serbian rally in Banja Luka, between which were the military disabled persons, the families of the fallen soldiers and other Serbian patriots. Warning that after the last events in Banja Luka RS will never be so close to be divided into two parts, OO SDS of Prnjavor called upon the citizens of Banja Luka and RS to be reasonable, but not lead by the destroying instincts.

PRIJEDOR - By playing the anthem "Boze Pravde", in Prijedor was held the pre-electoral rally of OO SDS at which was represented the list of nominated delegates of this party for the local elections. The president of OO Dragan Savanovic called the citizens of Prijedor to give the confidence to SDS, who had shown itself as the ripe up state party.

BELGRADE - SDS of Serbian states of Serbia deems that the recent events in Banja Luka clearly shows that SFOR in cooperation with the president of RS Biljana Plavsic, who deserted from the organs and institutions of her state, openly work on the division and perhaps the final liquidation of RS. "If they successfully divide the Serbian people, to the final liquidation of the Serbian state would remain only one step, and that indicates that to RS could happen the same thing as had happened in Republika Srpska Krajina", is said in the announcement of SDS of Serbia.

SARAJEVO - The basic objective of SRS is the crating the unique Serbian state on its ethnical and historical regions - stated the president of OO SRS of Pale Slavoljub Markovic. At the pre-electoral rally in Pale MArkovic called the Serbian people to come to the polling stations in as much as possible great number, stressing that every vote less in RS - is the vote more for Serbian enemies.

ZVORNIK - If NSRS decide that local elections do not have to be held, and give the founded evidence, the socialists will support that, stated in Zvornik the vice-president of Socialistic Party /SP/ RS Nedjo Djuric.

BANJA LUKA - The president of Social-Liberal Party of RS Miodrag Zivanovic assessed i Banja Luka that the final phase of the pre-electoral activities of this party is very successful.

BRCKO - The president of Municipal Assembly /SO/ of Brcko Miodrag Pajic informed at the extraordinary session of this body the delegates that RS is going on elections in the anticipated time. According to the unofficial information, RS has got some concessions in Brcko because it is indicated that out of 3,270 citizens who were disabled to vote in Brcko, the 2,900 could get back their right to vote.

ZVORNIK - At the nonscheduled session of SO Zvornik, the president of SO and the first on the list of delegates of SDS Jovan Mitrovic said that at the local elections in Zvornik will vote 52,499 voters, of which 21,450 from FB&H. Mitrovic stressed that he talked with the representatives of the opposition parties and that the high degree of unity is reached in the attempt to motivate the whole electorate to come out on elections.

TREBINJE - The delegates of SO Trebinje supported the decision of NSRS on the basis of which the local elections will be held on September 13 and 14.

SARAJEVO - The delegates of SO of Serbian Ilidza supported at the extraordinary session the decision of NSRS on holding local elections, if irregularities in the particular municipalities were removed.

PRNJAVOR - At the extraordinary session of SO Prnjavor the delegates gave the message to the citizens of RS to come out on elections and give their vote to those who will build RS on the foundations of law and democracy.

NOVI GRAD - The delegates of SO Novi Grad at the extraordinary session unequivocally supported the decision of NSRS about coming out on elections if OSCE remove all irregularities in the particular municipalities. The same stance have taken the OO of SDS at the previously held session.

DOBOJ - In Doboj arrived 43 international supervisors who will monitor the preparations and conducting the local elections, scheduled for September 13 and 14. The president of LEC of Doboj Vlado Blagojevic acquainted the supervisors about the course of the previous preparations for elections and about noticed shortcomings in the communicated voting lists.

SRBAC - For local elections in Srbac was nominated 11 political parties and on the 14 polling stations, if the local elections were held, there would vote 12,600 citizens. "All technical preparations were done on the polling stations, all the members of the voting boards passed the necessary courses, and citizens are being acquainted with the technics of voting" - said the president of LEC Veljko Krejic.

RUDO - The president of the LEC in Rudo Zoran Topalovic stated that the preparations for local elections scheduled for September 13 and 14, are under way. He explained that, after delivering the voting lists, is determined that for voting are registered 44 voters - 41 Serbian and 3 Moslems.

LONDON - The leading British news assess that after the Banja Luka events are exhausted all compromise solutions between the leadership of RS and Ms. Biljana Plavsic. "Times" and "Daily Telegraph" in details report about events in Banja Luka, while "Guardian" thinks that the further implementing of the Dayton Agreement in the direction of creating the multi-ethnical Bosnia fell into the unexpected difficulties.

TILBURG - The policeman of the president of RS Biljana PLavsic, along with the assistance of SFOR, stopped at the checkpoints the vehicles and busses from all parts of Republics who tried to reach Banja Luka, writes the respectful Dutch daily "Folkstrant". "On that way the foreign forces were involved into the internal affairs of RS", think this news.

PARIS - The journalists of the renegade studio of SRT in Banja Luka claim that they were nor aligned with Biljana Plavsic and announces the return of this studio in the unique informational system of RS, reports "Figaro". According to the writing of this Parisian daily, the journalists of the Banja Luka studio claims that they are not "TV Plavsic" and are announcing the return under the auspices of Government, after holding the elections planned for October 12, with no regard on its results.

BANJA LUKA - The delegates of the City Assembly Banja Luka adopted the Motion that the City Assembly because of the events from September 8 send the excuse to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Mr. Pavle, as well as the leadership of the state-political leadership of RS. The delegates pointed out on the nonobjectiveness of the TV Banja Luka and on the un-professional reporting about the attacks of the supporters of Biljana Plavsic on the members of the City Board of SDS Banja Luka, when they tried to hold the session on the foundations of the temple of the Christ Salvation.

PODGORICA - The displaced persons registered in Montenegro will be able to vote on the elections for local organs of the Government in RS and Federation B&H - is announced by Djordjije Scepanovic, the commissioner fro displaced persons in Montenegro Government. He stressed that the voting boards were already formed and nominated their presidents, and that the representatives of OSCE had to arrive to Podgorica who will monitor the preparations and conducting the elections.
