The chairman in the House of Representatives in the B-H Parliamentarian Assembly, Slobodan Bijelic, addressed the residents that the present situation represented "a horrifying Serbs-against-Serbs screenplay of the world powers". The president of the RS National Assembly was confident that many foreign and some internal elements would support Biljana Plavsic in calling for a new parliamentarian elections, because they saw it as a chance to harm the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) and to overthrow it and dip RS into unitary B-H". SARAJEVO - The RS MUP informed the public that in the Banjaluka CJB as well as in the MUP base no staff changes happened and that the units are led by officers legally designated by the minister of interior. "The MUP members are particularly surprised by the fact that the decision of the RS president to replace some MUP officers was forwarded to SFOR troops and media, but not to the minister of interior. By this decision the RS president violated Article 80 of the Amendment 40 to the RS Constitution, to which she referred in her decision", says the Ministry. TREBINJE - The Trebinje CJB cut off one more channel of illegal tobacco trade, this time in Divine, in the municipality of Bileca, when it forfeited DEM 2,000 worth "marlborough" cigarette pockets intended for Croats in Do, near Berkovici. SARAJEVO - Danilo Veselinovic, one of the SDS founders, was buried today at the Braja cemetery, near Ljubogosta.
