SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik said to the commander of SFOR general William Croach that he will warn all the structures responsible for establishing the peace that they must make the additional efforts to identify and arrest the culprits of the attacks against the members of SFOR and international community. The good relations with SFOR and representatives of the international community Krajisnik assessed as "the high interest" of RS, with no regard on events in Prijedor. Calling upon the media to talk affirmatively about SFOR, Krajisnik concluded that his role and the role of the international mediators "could be assessed by the highest appraisal".

SARAJEVO - On the basis of the newest assessments of the World Food Programme soon will be decreased the humanitarian aid in food for users in RS, and so, in accordance with the new criteria, the municipalities will get this aid only for 20 % of users out of whole number of citizens. In the announcement from the Office of the RS Commissioner the right to get aid have only most endangered groups of population from the first category, while the second category is fully excluded from the right for using the aid of the World's Food Programme.

SARAJEVO - The presidents of the most important political parties from the Federation B&H and the leaders of the part of municipality Brcko which belonged to FB&H recommended to the citizens who are returning in the Brcko region to accept the documents of RS until the final arbitrage decision - reports the Moslem agency Onasa. "We think that the just solution of the issue of Brcko is of vital importance for fast and efficacious return, and acceptance and owning the personal documents could contribute to that, because it would remove the risk of incidents and increase the degree of security of returnees and their families" - is stated in the joint announcement issued after the meeting in Sarajevo.

NOVI GRAD - By mediation of OSCE and JCO /joint commission of the observers/, the Assembly of the municipality Novi Grad was informed about the intention of several hundreds of Moslems for tomorrow morning to come into town. It is planned that the Moslems would gather between 10,00 and 11, 30 o'clock at the interentity boundary line between Blatna, on Serbian and Otoka, the side of Federation, and to go towards Novi Grad, as said, "for marking the fifth anniversary of leaving the former municipality Bosnian Novi". and JCO will, "observe" this event.

BELGRADE - The group of the Belgrade's physicians, which examined the director of the Prijedor's hospital Dr. Milan Kovacevic in the prison hospital in Hague, will inform the Association of physicians in Holland, the Red Cross in Geneva and Serbian Physician Association about his inadequate medical treatment. This confirmed on the press conference the academic Miodrag Ostojic, stressing that in the prison hospital Scheveningen to the patients are offered the diagnostic and therapeutic treatments at the level of the 18th and 19th centuries". Upon the permission of the Tribunal, the Belgrade's physicians examined also the former president of the municipality Vukovar Slavko Dokmanovic, who is also in the prison in Hague, as well as Dusan Tadic, who was sentenced on 20 years on July 14.
