The assembly adopted also the draft laws on amendments on law about employment and amendments of the law on administrative taxes. The delegates unequivocally and without the discussion adopted the Draft of the law on measurements for improvement of cattle raising and Draft law on changes and amendments of the Law on arrangements of the urban environment, structural engineering and ecology Ratko Misanovic. There is also adopted the draft law on amendments of the Law on financing the jobs of ground measuring and setting up the cadastre of real estate and solving the property-legislative relations, which are in the function of establishing the cadastre of real estate for the period from 1997-2006. With the 61 votes for and none against, the delegates supported also the Draft law on changes and amendments of the Law on the protection on job. By the great majority is adopted the Draft Law on supplements and amendments of the Law on working relations.BANJA LUKA - Today in Banja Luka were extraordinarily promoted in the rank of generals five officers of the Army of Republika Srpska /VRS/. At the festivity in the Cabinet of the president and supreme commander of the armed forces of RS extraordinarily was promoted into the rank of colonel- general the commander of the First Kraina Corps Momir Talic. In the rank of general major were promoted colonels Vinko Pandurevic, the deputy chief of the General Staff, Spasoje Orasanin, the head of the administration of military economy in the Ministry of Defence, Dusan Kukobat, the chief of the administration for the relations with the foreign military representatives and international organisations and assistant of the head of General Staff, and Milomir Savcic, the chief of administration of the security in the General Staff of VRS. SARAJEVO - The president of NS RS Dragan Kalinic, in his name and on behalf of the delegates of the National Assembly sent a congratulation letter to the chief of General Staff of VRS, the general Pero Colic on the occasion of the "Vidovdan" the Saint Patron's Day of the VRS Army. "The delegates of NS RS are sending to you and soldiers of VRS the congratulations, and wish you lot of success in the jobs that you are doing for the benefits of our people. The marking "Vidovdan" in peace is the opportunity to remember all of Serbian heroes who gave their lives and contributed that VRS became the guarantor of security, peace, stability and freedom of our people", it is stressed in the congratulation letter. SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik sent a congratulation letter, on the occasion of "Vidovdan" St. Patron's Day of VRS, to the head of General Staff Pero Colic. "I congratulate the Saint Patron's Day "Vidovdan" to all members of VRS, and let the God bless you in the coming time to be able to fulfil your honest task for the benefit of all Serbs in RS", it is stressed in the congratulation. "With the faith in God, our army and Serbian heroes, as well as their famous ancestors, won the victories in the past fatherland's war, which are worthy of descendants of Nemanjics", stressed Mr. Krajisnik. BIJELJINA - The head of General Staff of VRS Pero Colic in Bijeljina solemnly started the work of the production plant, laboratory and administration office of the Air Force Institute "Orao" . Mr. Colic paid tribute to all employees who succeeded to preserve all property and cadres of this military institute. PARIS - The delegation of the judiciary experts of RS, lead by the minister of Justice Branko Petric, finished the three days visit to the French Ministry of Justice and highest institutions of justice in this country, and agreed the future cooperation between two judiciary systems. The officials of the Office for organisation of justice and the Court of cassation acquainted the RS delegation with the work of these institutions, and the minister Petric had the opportunity to talk about the cooperation with the representatives of the Supreme Council, which president is the chief of the French state Jacques Chirac. BANJA LUKA - The humanitarian situation in the region of the city of Banja Luka is very difficult, with the permanent tendency of the growth of social tensions, because, according to the data of the City Commission for refugees, in Banja Luka temporarily live 60,235 refugees. The difficult humanitarian situation affects also the great number of domicile population, to whom the World Food Programme delivers monthly four kilograms of flour and half of litre of oil per capita - reports the SRNA correspondent. BANJA LUKA - The Serbian Peasant's Party /SSS/ of RS supported the request of the Consulting Council of the political parties that on next elections the ballots would be counted at the site. "By this the malversations would be prevented and shortened the time of announcing the official results" - highlighted today at the press conference in Banja Luka the president of the party Gordana Vidovic.
