NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA
SARAJEVO - The Donors Conference for the reconstruction in B-H, scheduled
for June 24 and 25, is postponed because the B-H Council of Ministers
failed to adopt a set of economic measures called the quick start package,
reports Reuters, referring to a statement by an unnamed World Bank official
saying that "the Donors Conference is postponed for mid July".
BRCKO - The Brcko supervisor Robert Farrand, who disapproves of the
postponement of the Donors Conference, said the reasons for such as
decision were the lack of cooperation and delays in the implementation of
the Dayton agreement. The IMF's expectations presented at the Sintra
Conference were not fulfilled, stated Farrand, adding that "the expected
progress was not made".

and mass refugee wave towards B-H, intended to surprise Republika Srpska
(RS) authorities and secure a more aggressive impact on the election

Citizens' Association, the Association secretary Mint Ian Faber, together
with Steiner's Coalition for Return, tries to prepare a new largescale
refugee march across the RS borders.

indicted war criminals and the creation political concept based on the co-
existence of the Serbs, Croats and Muslims, this is a common assessment by
major German wire media. While revealing some details of the recent
Washington meeting between the US secretary of state Madlen Albright and
defence secretary William Cohen, DPA reports Albright firmly supported the
idea of a stronger US involvement in RS and the B-H Federation.
BRCKO - The newly-appointed high representative of the international
community for B-H, Carlos Westendorp, will go to Brcko upon the invitation
of the Brcko supervisor Bill Farrand. High representative's first working
visit to Brcko will start at 17:00 hrs, and will include a walk through the
city.
BRCKO - A group of unidentified young men continued harassing Muslim
residents in Zepce. The same group razed the remaining ruins of the city
mosque, thus completely disabling the small number of Muslims to hold their
religious services, stated IPTF spokesman Andre Anjeli at a press
conference in Brcko.
