TREBINJE - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic stated in
Ljubinje that special care should be paid to the border sites which must
have a special status about the issues of defence and strengthening the
economy . The president Plavsic, within the second day of the work visit to
the municipalities of the Eastern Hercegovina, talked with the
representatives of the political and economic life in Ljubinje, who
acquainted her with the current status in all spheres of life and work of
the citizens of this border municipality. The president of the Municipal
Assembly /SO/ of Ljubinje Vesko Budincic acquainted president Plavsic with
the place and role of Ljubinje in RS, and its status during and after the
war.
SARAJEVO - The Council of Ministers of B&H, at the session in Sarajevo have
to consider the law on the performing the Budget as well as the Budget for
1997. Before ministers will also appear the decision on the form and
content of the immunity ID card, it is confirmed for SRNA from the Cabinet

100,000 of refugees, who were accommodated in the collective centres and

situation", said Muratovic at the press conference in Belgrade.
AMSTERDAM - Instead of connecting and unifying in the community of three
nations Moslems from Sarajevo are more and more frequently creating the one
national ghetto, and more openly talking about the real status in Sarajevo,
which is becoming onenational - Moslem city, while among their citizens is
more present non-tolerance and great social and economic differences.
