BIJELJINA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic assessed after the session of the Senate of RS in Bijeljina, at which was discussed about the Agreement on special parallel connections between RS and FR Yugoslavia and the decision of the president of the Arbitrage Commission for the Brcko region, that the senators would not discuss about such important topics after its adoption. "The senators discussed post festum, which is not good, because the Senate is gathering the top Serbian intelligence, which must be informed about such issues in advance, so it would be possible to make the agreement which would be functional but not empty", stressed Mrs. Plavsic. "Of course, we cannot go backwards, and similar things dare not happen no more", highlighted Mrs. Plavsic and warned that no nation would renounce the services of its Senate and Serbian intelligence which is available to us.

BIJELJINA - The staff session of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RS /MUP RS/, in a widened composition, assessed in Bijeljina that the security status in the country is on the satisfactory level. At the staff session, which was, besides the heads of administration, participated the heads of the Police Stations, is assessed that MUP of RS is ready to fulfil the taken tasks and agreed obligations in accordance with the Dayton Agreement and decisions of the state leadership.

DRVAR - The president of the municipality Drvar, i.e. the agent of the Croatian authorities for this municipality, Borivoj Malbasic stated that "there is no way for returning of Serbs". "In order to return Serbs in Drvar, we must go back in Vares. In order to return Croats in Vares, Moslems must go back for instance in Srebrenica and so as an eye can see" - said Malbasic in an interview for the Split's weekly "Feral tribun".

VUKOVAR - The secretary for justice and administration of the Serbian Region Eastern Slavonia Baranja and Western Srem Vojin Susa sent the letter to the administrator of UNTAES Jacquest Kleine, in which is pointed out the series of irregularities during the issuing the Croatian documents to Serbs in this region. In the letter conveyed by Press-centre in Vukovar, as the basic appearance of discrimination is cited the selectivity in issuing the citizenship certificate, so it happens that "some members of the families get, and some not this document".

SARAJEVO - The city board of the Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ of Sarajevo called upon the Croats in the Sarajevo Canton not to receive the Moslem census takers into their homes and not to give them any data. "The census for us is illegal, because the Croatian officials didn't participate in making this decision" - announced the City Board of HDZ.
