After the meeting in the short statement for media the president Plavsic stressed the importance of such talks, especially in the matters of the finance, stressing that "the Serbian people in the next years expects to live in better conditions than in past period".BELGRADE - The president from RS in the Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik stated for Radio BBC that the Agreement on the special parallel relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia "represents sanctionising of the existing status which RS fighted for in the course of the past period", and that it "represents the basis for the future agreements". SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of RS Dragan Kalinic, in accordance with the Article 158. of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, signed the Law on ratification of the Agreement on the special parallel relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia. As stated for SRNA from the Cabinet of the president Kalinic, The Law on ratification of the Agreement will be forwarded to the president of Republika Srpska for proclamation. The signing of this law is in the eve of its ratification in the Federal Assembly of Yugoslavia, which will be done tomorrow in Belgrade. SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of RS Dragan Kalinic and the special representative of the UN Secretary General Kie Eide presented the joint stance that RS has to work more intensively on the implementation of the Dayton Agreement so the anticipated economic assistance would be equalised. " The president Kalinic and Mr. Eide assessed that only by quick ant just economic renewal and development the inhabitants of RS will be convinced that the peace and stability of the whole region pays". BANJA LUKA - The vice-president of Republika Srpska Dragoljub Mirjanic will visit the Romanian city Timisoara on next two days, where with the representatives of the city he will talk about scientific and economical cooperation between RS and Romania. Two days visit to Timisoara Mr. Mirjanic will start by talks about the scientific cooperation with the Romania in the Executive bureau of the Senate of University "Politechnics", after what he will visit the faculties of physics and chemistry and with the competent persons talk about the cooperation and improvement of the faculty education in RS. SARAJEVO - The Council of ministers of B&H at the session in the National Museum in Sarajevo accorded the attitudes on the Law on foreign debts, while about the Law on the foreign trade is reached only a partial concordance. The Council of Ministers requested from the deputy High Representative Michael Steiner, who attended the session, that his office would give its opinion about this disputed item. so the appropriate solution would be found. BELGRADE - The Board for the foreign policy of the Council of Citizens and the Council of Republics of the Assembly of Yugoslavia, presided by Ljubisa Ristic, supported at the session the Proposal of the law about Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and FRY. The deputy minister of the Foreign affairs of FRY Radoslav Bulajic stressed that the Agreement is "of the great significance for the citizens on the both sides of the Drina River, especially for the people in RS." BELGRADE - The president of the Council of citizens of the FRY Assembly Milomir Minic called the representatives of the Coalition "Together" to attend the tomorrows session of the Council of citizens, at which the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and FRY would be ratified. In the letter to the representatives of the Coalition "Together", Mr. Minic stressed that "the tomorrow's session has a historical significance, because the agreement would be ratified, which is supported by majority of people both in RS and FRY." BANJA LUKA - Branko Krljic /47/ the refugee from Bihac, who recently tried to return to his family house in Croatian-Moslem Federation is still recovering on the Neuro-psychiatric clinics in Banja Luka after the injuries inflicted by Moslems, his previous neighbours, during his "return" in Bihac. ZVORNIK - The public hearing of the seven Moslem terrorists from Srebrenica, charged for killing and accessories in killing of the four Serbian civilians from Milici in May last year, will be held on March 20 before the Grand Criminal Council of the Municipal Court in Zvornik.
