Following his meeting with president of Montenegro, Momir Bulatovic, also attended by RS vice-president Dragoljub Mirjanic, Krajisnik expressed his hope that the Agreement would be soon ratified by RS and Yugoslav Assemblies. "Time behind us is the time of enormous pressures of the international community, which has been persistently attempting to isolate the Serbs. We are those to implement people's will - and let the people in RS and Yugoslavia to unite if it is not possible for RS and Yugoslavia", concluded Krajisnik.SARAJEVO - The president of the RS National Assembly, Dragan Kalinic, welcomed the arrival of a group of ministers from Serbia to Pale, to the end of conclusion of complete arrangements stipulated from the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia and removal of all formal obstacles to full cooperation and linking of the economy, finances and trade. SARAJEVO - In its session in Serb Sarajevo, the B-H Council of Ministers failed to make a concrete conclusion on a part of Law on foreign trade . The RS co-president of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic, stated after the meeting that the outstanding issue was the consent over the relevant parts of the Law on customs policy. In respect to the Law on foreign debt, Bosic stated that they agreed to settle to additional corrections of disputable parts of the Law which will go to adoption to B-H Parliamentarian Assembly. VLASENICA - The RS Commesariat for Refugees held a meeting in Vlasenica, where concluded that the humanitarian situation in the RS is alarming. According to the head of the RS Commesariat, Dragan Kekic, this situation is due to reduced donations by humanitarian agencies which focused their activities on other crisis in the world. TIRANA - The Italian military helicopters were used for evacuation of about 400 foreigners, while 300 Italians and 70 other nationals were evacuated to military ships near the Derrass port in Albania, reports DPA. In open letters, both Albania and Italy required an urgent summoning of the UN Security Council on the situation in Albania. RIYADH - The chairman of the B-H Presidency, Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic, started his six-day visit to Saudi Arabia, one of the main donor countries of the Bosnian Muslims during the war, reports AFP. MOSTAR - The Croatian police in Mostar announced persecution of 11 Muslim officials accused of organisation of incidents on February 10, when in Croat-Muslim clashes one person was killed, reports AFP.
