"During the talks, we gave most of our attention to the fields of electrical industry, i.e. to the distribution of electricity and the field of telecommunications", pointed out Skoko, adding that they have emphasised to the Norwegian representatives that the priority should be given to the low- tension grid on the areas of the western Hercegovina, the western part of the Krajina and Mt.Ozren.

With a view to prevent the manipulation with the lists of candidates to be repeated, the OSCE drafted the framework rules for the local elections in RS and the Federation of B&H and delivered them to the PEC so to be further considered and adopted. "The OSCE's proposal includes the basic terms of the rules for the elections on the higher level, which should, with certain modifications and in accordance with the conclusions of the London conference, be adopted by the PEC", stressed Kovac.

BELGRADE - One of the leaders of the Zajedno [Together] coalition, the head of the Democratic Party, Zoran Djindjic, said that "nothing can be achieved in Serbia by violence, so nor by the terroristic actions on Kosovo".
