"This the return visit of Mr. Lazaridis, while in Kalamari we have already agreed about building of this settlement. We have done all preparations, and Mr. Lazaris is about to visit the location of the future settlement in Laktasi", said Mrs. Plavsic.BELGRADE - The Yugoslavian Government decided to establish a Commission on cooperation with The Hague Tribunal for War Crimes in the former Yugoslavia. The decision was made "with the view to survey the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement in B&H, in the part which refers to the commitments of Yugoslavia and the Agreement with UN on establishing of the Liaison Office of the International Crime Court in Belgrade". BELGRADE - UN spokeswoman in Belgrade, Suzanne Manuel, stated at a press conference that the UN are not dealing with the current issues concerning the arbitrage of a part of the interentity border line in the Brcko area, but with encouraging the Serbs to stay in Brcko. "I believe that manipulations concerning the moving out of Serbs from this town came from Haris Silajdzic, and I am of the opinion that it is absolutely irresponsible for any authorities to call for the exodus of the Serbs", she stressed. BELGRADE - The spokesman of the Democratic Party (DS), Slobodan Vuksanovic, assessed that "the solution of a dispute over the Brcko area must meet the interests of all the parties" and stressed that "at this moment nothing must not provoke new conflicts and ruin or affect the existing peace". BANJALUKA - The Presidency of the Serbian Intelligentsia Forum (SIF) condemned in Banjaluka "ever worsening of the political situation in relation to the arbitrage in the area of Brcko, which produces war tensions". PARIS - The Day of Republika Srpska and the Patron Saint Archdeacon Stephen was, for the first time, solemnly celebrated in the Church of the Shroud of the Most Holy Theotokos and saint Seraphim Sarovski in France. ZURICH - On the occasion of the Day of RS and the Serbian New Year, Serbian cultural clubs and associations, sports societies and theatres organised meetings, academies and manifestations all around Switzerland during this weekend. ZVORNIK - The member of the RS Parliament and president of the Municipality Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), in Zvornik, Stevo Radic, stated that out of planned $1,200,000 for the reconstruction and development of the Dayton B&H, RS has got only 2%, while "the great deal" of money was given to the Federation of B&H. BIJELJINA - RS minister for commerce and supply, Mladjen Cicovic, held a meeting in Bijeljina with the heads of regional departments for market inspections. Cicovic stressed that in the future market inspections will control the origin and quality of the goods at the RS market. ZVORNIK - The member of the RS National Assembly, Stevo Radic, received the chief of the observing team of the EU mission in Podrinje, a Dutch Pier Lunisen on the occasion of his farewell visit. He presented very positive remarks regarding the cooperation between the local authorities and the observing mission in the last six months. NOVI SAD - Soon, we will sign with RS a memorandum on the return of some 50, 000 refugees who are expected to start returning to their homes from March 1997, stated Bratislava Morina, the commissioner for refugees in Serbia, in an interview for the Novi Sad "Nedeljni Dnevnik".
