BANJALUKA - The president in the Presidency of the Dayton B&H, Momcilo Krajisnik, stated in an interview for a New Year's edition of the paper Glas Srpski that the Serbian people can be satisfied because Republika Srpska (RS) is the reality. "Our enemies are no longer in a situation to treat us as usurpers, aggressors, although they are still trying", said Krajisnik and stressed "We have totally achieved one of our goals - we became masters in RS".

BELGRADE - The chief of the Yugoslavian diplomacy, Milan Milutinovic, assessed the OSCE report which recommends the recognition of the victory of the opposition at the municipal elections held on November 17, as "very constructive" and asked for a "term for thinking" about its [report] acceptance, reports AFP citing official sources in Paris.

CLEVELAND - As Times writes, 1996 will remain famous in the USA as a year of terrorism, during which an explosion of a plane of the air company TWA and bombs at the Olympic games reminded the Americans of horror of terror.

WASHINGTON - The Muslim member in the Presidency of the Dayton B&H, Alija Izetbegovic, was given $half a million this autumn by Iran for financing the electoral campaign, reports DPA.
