being very difficult but constructive. According to him, the toughest

the basic reason why this procedure was rushed-up", stated Kalinic.

Army, with 47 votes for, seven against, an nine abstained.
ATHENS - The Greek media report the former Spanish premier Felipe Gonzales
announced the Coalition Together won offices in 14 Serbia's municipalities
and warned that "Milosevic must recognise this electoral victory". The

results of OSCE investigation, the crisis in Serbia will deepen, with
unforeseeable consequences of possible clashes between the opposition and
ruling Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS).

needs to be continued, but that the fate of the peace agreement, signed in
Dayton, remains uncertain if the opposition gets to power.

and the Muslim dissident in Switzerland, Adil Zulfikarpasic, accused the
ruling Muslim establishment in Sarajevo, of "doing everything to create an
Islamic country in Bosnia." "We should not ask ourselves whether it could
have been better and if we could have gained something, because we have
gained nothing. On the contrary, we have lost everything and that is our
tragedy", complained Zulfikarpasic in an interview for the latest issue of
the Muslim weekly "Slobodna Bosna".
