While being guest to Serb TV programme, general Colic stated that the VRS transformation is ongoing strictly according to the plan, "even though certain problems characterised the early stage of the transformation". "The transformation must to adopted to existing conditions, as is the geo-strategic position of RS", stated the head of the VRS General Staff, adding that "war-time and peace-time troops have never been the same thing".SRBINJE - Srbinje mayor, Petko Cancar, talked with deputy IPTF commander for Gorazde District, captain Peter Finning, and coordinator with the Matkovic-based Danish Council for Refugees, Badrik Rian, on violations of right to freedom of movement. STOCKHOLM - The IFOR Nordic-Polish Brigade commander, colonel Jan Berngsten, stated after his return home from Doboj that IFOR has accomplished its task, writes the Stockholm paper "Svenska Dagbladet".
