SARAJEVO - President in the Presidency of the Dayton B&H, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with the deputy political of the Foreign Office, Johanes Perry, about the London conference scheduled for the 4th and 5th of December. President Krajisnik insisted on respecting the provision of the Dayton agreement according to which the refugees not wishing to return to their homes, should be provided with a fair compensation, reports president Krajisnik's spokeswoman, Mirjana Kusmuk.

SARAJEVO - Republika Srpska (RS) vice-premier Velibor Ostojic, the Sweden "ITF" company's owner, Carl Eric Schmitz, and the vice-president of the Belgrade enterprise "Energoinvest", Rajko Radulovic, signed in Pale a memorandum on the project for the construction of houses in the Serb Sanski Most. As vice-premier Ostojic said, this famous Sweden company is going to build a new urban centre of the Serb Sanski Most, with about 1,500 houses built.

SARAJEVO - RS foreign minister, Aleksa Buha, talked in Pale with the assistant to the director for political affairs of the Foreign Office, Johanes Perry, about a conference on the Dayton B&H, scheduled for the 4th and 5th of December in London. "We have not enough time to analyse in details the entire future document, but we have dealt with its basis", stated the RS chief of diplomacy after the meeting, pointing out that some parts of the text are changed and improved.

SARAJEVO - RS minister of health, Mirko Sosic, talked in Pale with representatives of international humanitarian organisations and IFOR about the necessary vaccination of children in the RS against children's paralysis. At a regular meeting, organised by the RS Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation Office in Pale, it was pointed out that the day of immunisation will be organised in RS on the 21st of December, when the vaccination of children, who have not been during the war vaccinated against the above disease, will take place.

DOBOJ - RS minister of defence, Milan Ninkovic, expressed his satisfaction for the former Headquarters (GS) handed over its duties to the General Staff of the Army of Republika Srpska. Ninkovic announced that the chief of the General Staff, brigadier-general Pero Colic, and the former chief of the Headquarters, general Manojlo Milovanovic, are going within the next days to visit all the units in order to review the state of affairs, following the official transfer of the command.

SARAJEVO - RS minister for refugees and displaced persons, Ljubisa Vladusic, talked in Pale with the ECHO's representative in the Dayton B&H, Bo Enemark Madsen and the chief of the Bureau's branch office in Banjaluka, Damian Berrenferd, about the realisation of the programme for offering help to RS by the international humanitarian organisations. ECHO representatives acquainted Vladusic with the concrete programmes, that they are planning to offer during the winter to the RS citizens in the form of food, clothing, hygienic supplies, medicines, as well as with the rehabilitation programmes.

SOFIA - The Bulgarian media gave a lot of attention to journalists of the Serbian Press Agency - SRNA - who paid a visit to Bulgaria and the SRNA's general director and editor-in-chief, Branislav Ilic who took part at a press conference in the International Press Centre in Sofia. "SRNA was established immediately after the war broke out in the former B&H, in order to save the Serbian people from satanisation, informing them timely and accurately", the Balkan Informative Pool cites Ilic's words, assessing that SRNA has maximally justified its existence.

AMSTERDAM - The western states leaders are not willing to admit that the arms in the Dayton B&H is silence only because all the parties are hoping that the Peace agreement won't be implemented in its entirety, assesses the Volkskrant's correspondent Bart Rais. "The Serbs signed the Dayton agreement for it guaranteed the RS legitimacy to them, although a little bit less than they expected to get territorially, but still with enough elements of statehood and sovereignty", points Rais.
