The chief of the Headquarters of VRS, general Manojlo Milovanovic in the name of the Headquarters of VRS, and brigadier- general Pero Colic on behalf of the General Staff of VRS, signed a document on the transfer, which was afterwards verified by the RS president and commander-in-chief of its armed forces, Biljana Plavsic's signature.SARAJEVO - RS president Biljana Plavsic, thanked general Ratko Mladic, who officially handed over his duties to the General Staff, and the former Headquarters of VRS, "for everything they have done for the Serbian people and RS at these difficult times".
