SARAJEVO - Momcilo Krajisnik, member of the Presidency of the Dayton B-H from Republika Srpska (RS), talked in Pale with high representative Carl Bildt on possible problems which might emerge in tomorrow's Presidency meeting. After the talks, Momcilo Krajisnik said he and the first RS deputy in the House of representatives of the B-H Parliamentarian Assembly, Slobodan Bijelic, presented certain proposals to Bildt on solutions to possible problems.

SARAJEVO - The RS representative in the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with president of the Arbitration Commission for inter- entity boundary line in the Brcko area, Roberts Oven on the forthcoming arbitration. Following one-hour talks, Oven shortly stated they "discussed the arbitration proceeding which is ongoing."

SARAJEVO - At its sixth session being held in Pale, the Main Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), is expected the take a stance regarding the postponement of the local elections in the Dayton B-H. On the agenda there is a discussion on tasks related to the constitution of the RS Government and work of the Dayton B-H joint institutions.

SARAJEVO - The RS minister of religion, Dragan Davidovic, stated for tomorrow's edition of paper "Knina" that following the adoption of a law regulating the issue of relations between state and religious communities, the freedom of confession of faith would be still guaranteed, but any action detrimental to the interests of RS would be forbidden.

SARAJEVO - A famous French writer, Vladimir Volkov, who opened this year's Belgrade book fair, believes that "the multiethnic B-H is possible only under a relentless tyranny, as has been the case over the centuries." "With the help of stick it is possible to force cat and dog to live together", explained Volkov in his interview for SRNA, while completely dismissing any possibility of Serb responsibility for events in the former Yugoslavia in the past seven years.

JAJCE - IFOR spokesman for Sector West, Alun Roberts, expressed his concern over events in Sanski Most ad Prijedor after Muslim police illegally arrested a Serb Milorad (Dusan) Marceta, under charges of alleged war crimes. "This is a serious incident. Marceta, together with other passengers form the bus, went to visit his former property", said Roberts at IPTF press conference in Jajce.

PLOCE - A borrowed ship with the majority of US $ 100 million arms delivery for the B-H Federation arrived to the Ploce port, reports Reuters, citing US officials. The Delivery contents 45 M-60 tanks, 15 UN-1H helicopters, 840 light AT-4 anti-tank arms, 800 M-60 machine guns, 80 armoured vehicles, and 45,100 M- 16 guns.

WASHINGTON - Before the last arms delivery they promised the Croat-Muslim federation is sent, the USA are want to seen the replacement of deputy defence minister Hasan Cengic, stated an US top-official. This delivery, intended to Federation army arrived in the Croat port of Ploce, but is not unloaded yet. An anonymous US official implicitly accused Cengic of blocking the enforcement of the Defence Law, predicting the creation of a joint command of Muslim and Corat troops in the B-B Federation.

SARAJEVO - Incidents between Croats and Muslim in Mostar in the recent times are becoming ever more frequent, so the unification of the EU- administered city now seems to be impossible, concludes AFP. In the western, Croat part of Mostar, the number of expulsions of Muslim residents increases, while their every attempt at return is followed by incidents.

MOSTAR - In the village of Bivolje Brdo, near Capljina, the Croats set ten Muslim houses to fire, in order to prevent Muslim refugees form return to this now Croat-controlled area, reports Muslim Radio-Sarajevo.

SARAJEVO - Racism reigns in Tomislavgrad, Livno, Glamoc, Drvar and Grahovo, which belong to Canton 10. The Muslims there are deprived not only from their national, but also human rights, while the Serbs have a long time ago been expelled. This was testified by presidents of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) municipal boards, while being guests at Muslim Radio- Sarajevo live programme, and confirmed by numerous listeners of the programme.
